医养结合模式下新型社区养老卫生服务中心建筑空间设计探究

摘  要：当今，我国正面临着日趋严重的人口老龄化问题，传统单一的居家照料养老模式难以解决新时代的养老问题，为满足老年群体养老的各项需求，提高养老设施的服务水平，推广医养结合模式下新型社区服务中心的建设显得尤为重要，此养老场所可以整合医疗资源和养老资源，扬长避免，使老年人享受高质量、丰富多彩、保障充实的晚年生活。该文对医养结合模式下社区养老的现状进行分析，根据新型社区养老卫生服务中心的功能配置，对其中的生活居住空间、公共活动空间等建筑空间进行设计探究，发挥社区养老的优势。

Abstract： At present， China is faced up with a problem of aging population that is increasingly serious. The traditional and single home nursing model for elderly is difficult to solve the problem in the new era. In order to meet the needs of the provision for the aged， improve the service level of facilities for the elderly， it's of great significance to promote the construction of new community service center under the combination of medical and nursing. For the place that provides for the elderly， it can integrate medical resources and resources for the elderly， foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses so that the elderly can enjoy their late life with a high quality， rich and colorful， and with security. In the paper， it's to make an analysis of the current situation of community nursing service under the combination of medical and nursing. In accordance with the function configuration of health service center function configuration， it's to design and explore the design of living space， public activity space and other building space so as to give play to the advantages of community nursing.

現如今，我国家庭人口减少较多，但老年人对于养老需求趋于多样化，传统的居家养老模式需要与医养结合模式下的社区养老相互结合，针对家庭日间暂时无人照护的社区老年人，提供娱乐活动、健康体检、日常护理、疾病救治等综合服务，满足老年人在熟悉的社区环境中享受养老关怀。

1  医养结合模式下社区养老现状分析

随着全球人口老龄化进程加快，2015年底，我国60岁及以上人口已达到2.22亿左右，截至2050年底，我国60岁及以上人口数量将占总人口数量的30%，显而易见，养老问题是当今最重大的社会问题之一，人口老龄化的极速发展，将会为我国社会经济发展带来新的机遇和挑战。
