视觉传播在档案信息表达中的价值阐述、现存问题与建议选择

摘要：随着信息技术的发展，以信息视觉化为手段的视觉传播成为档案信息表达的主要方式之一。文章以视觉传播在档案信息表达中的价值为论述切入点，分析了当前视觉传播在档案信息表达中的现状及问题，提出提升表达深度的视觉技能、增加用户体验的视觉建构、深化情感依赖的视觉信任、塑造公众认可的视觉形象等建议选择。

Abstract： With the development of information technology，visual communication by means of infor？ mation visualization has become one of the main ways of archival information expression. This paper takes the value of visual communication in the ex？ pression of archive information as the starting point for the discussion， analyzes the current situation and problems of visual communication in archival in？ formation expression， and puts forward sugges？ tions on improving the visual skills of expression depth， increasing the visual construction of user ex？ perience， deepening the visual trust of emotional dependence， and shaping the visual image recog？ nized by the public.

隨着视觉传播时代的到来，以便捷、生动、形象的视觉元素为主要载体的视觉传播雨后春笋般地出现在大众的视野中，并在信息社会中扮演重要的角色。视觉传播成为信息获取、理解与表达的重要方式之一。视觉传播的形式主要包括“图”和“像”两种，“图”包括图示、图表、图片等，“像”则包括动画、影像、视频等[1]。视觉传播在档案信息表达中，不仅指静态的图画、摄影照片、计算机辅助设计图等图形、图像，还包括各类动态的动画、影像等。学界基于档案学视角下的视觉文化[2]、视觉艺术[3]、视觉功能[4]及视觉展览[5]等方面开展了相关研究，但有关档案视觉传播[6]研究成果欠缺。视觉传播更新档案信息表达方式，档案信息资源中的图片、视频等资料也将具有更高的视觉价值。纸质发黄的文书、边角磨损的照片、外表斑驳的编研画册与制作独特的影像等具有鲜明特征的档案，以及精心编辑、画面优美的档案微视频等，都会给用户带来视觉愉悦。视觉传播以全新的方式，对传统单一静态的档案信息表达方式造成了一定程度的冲击，随着信息视觉化的快速普及，视觉传播在档案信息表达中具有重要意义。……
