建设单位在EPC项目中采用全过程工程咨询模式的管理要点

【摘  要】我国社会主义市场经济以及科学技术的不断进步发展，推动了各建设企业的稳步前进。在当前新发展格局下，各种先进的科学技术被广泛应用于各行各业的建设发展过程中，对于建筑工程的发展来说也不例外。由于传统的管理模式，随着时代发展变化已不适用于企业的管理，因此，企业要重视在EPC项目中采用全过程工程咨询模式的管理方式。

【Abstract】The continuous progress and development of China's socialist market economy and science and technology have promoted the steady progress of the construction enterprises. Under the current new development pattern， various advanced science and technology are widely used in the construction and development process of all walks of life， and the development of construction engineering is no exception. As the traditional management mode is no longer applicable to the management of enterprises with the development and changes of the times， enterprises should attach importance to the management mode of whole process engineering consulting mode in EPC projects.

1 引言

社会经济以及科技水平的不断建设发展带动了各建筑企业项目管理模式的创新推进，与此同时，随着我国科学技术的不断提升，各种更为先进的管理项目被应用于建设工程发展过程。传统的管理模式对当前的发展格局下企业的建设发展产生一定阻碍作用，因此，在EPC项目中采用全过程工程咨询模式的工作方式，引起了人们的高度重视。

2 该模式的特点及优点

2.1 有效降低工程项目的施工风险，保证施工安全

在传统的工程项目管理工作过程中，存在着不同专业特立独行的各类状况，而且传统的建设模式下，存在着大量的监督管理工作不到位、资源被大量浪费等各类问题，但是全过程工程咨询服务的管理模式，能够有效地改善当前存在的各类不利状况，并在此基础上进一步夯实基础，从而推动传统的建筑服务企业得到有效整合，形成更为全面的发展优势。在该模式的管理工作方式下，设计是此模式中一个最为重要的核心环节，在相关的采购人员以及施工人员的共同参与下，可以推动各类施工方案的高效出台。……
