我国工贸行业企业安全生产标准化建设工作思考

【摘  要】企业在生产经营过程中是否安全与企业的成本管理、员工管理和质量管理密切相关，对促进企业稳定经营和发展具有积极作用。在此基础上，论文介绍了企业安全生产标准化建设的重要作用，简要分析当前工贸企业安全生产标准化建设工作中存在的问题，并结合实际情况，针对工贸企业安全生产标准化目标提出有效的建设项目管理措施，旨在提高企业生产和运营的稳定性和安全性，并最大限度地提高企业的经济效益。

【Abstract】Whether an enterprise is safe in the production and operation process is closely related to the cost management， staff management and quality management of the enterprise， and has a positive role on promoting the stable operation and development of the enterprise. Based on this， the paper introduces the important role of standardized construction of safety production in enterprises， briefly analyzes the problems existing in the current standardized construction work of safety production in industry and trade enterprises， and combines the actual situation to propose effective construction project management measures for standardized objectives of safety production in industry and trade enterprises， aiming to improve the stability and safety of production and operation in enterprises， and maximize the economic benefits of enterprises.

1 引言

对工贸行业企业而言，安全生产促进工贸行业企业的稳定发展，建立规范的管理制度使促进安全生产的重要保证。进一步促进国有工贸企业安全生产标准化建设，提高员工的安全生产标准化意识，提高安全标准化和安全生产管理水平，能够防止安全生产重大事故频发和持续发生。将工贸行业企业的安全生产联系起来，可以确保企业稳步发展。另外，标准化生产应该是长期研究和实践中重点关注的内容。工贸行业企业如果能够改善生产条件，就可以加强基本安全管理，使生产环节更加稳定。
