技术线损管理浅析

【摘  要】随着社会的进步与经济的发展，我国电力行业的发展十分迅速。为了实现对电网线损的有效控制和降低线损率，供电企业必须掌握影响电网线损率的技术指标。但是在具体的电网线损管理中还存在许多问题，所以必须采取相对应的措施来解决线损管理问题。技术线损管理在线损管理中占有很大的比重，论文针对目前技术线损管理方面存在的主要问题进行了分析，并且针对问题就相应措施进行了探讨，希望为相关工作者给予一定的帮助。

【Abstract】With the progress of society and the development of economy， the development of China's power industry is very rapid. In order to achieve effective control of grid line loss and reduce the line loss rate， power supply enterprises must master the technical indicators that affect the grid line loss rate. But there are still many problems existing in the specific management of grid line loss， so we must take corresponding measures to solve the management problems of line loss. The management of technical line loss occupies a large proportion in the management of line loss. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current management of technical line loss， and discusses the corresponding measures for the problems， hoping to give some help to the relevant workers.

1 引言

线损是电力系统一项重要的经济技术指标，反映了电力企业的经营管理水平。不断降低电能损耗，是供电企业提高经济效益的必然要求，也是落实国家节能减排方针政策的有效途径。线损按照构成因素分技术线损和管理线损，目前，淳化县供电分公司主网线损侧重技术线损管理，10kV及以下中低压配网线损管理兼顾技术和管理线损的两个部分。引起线损的因素较多，提高业内工作人员对相关问题的关注程度，进行全面降损须借助有效措施，这是提高电力企业经济效益、电能利用效率的基础[1]。

2 目前技术线损管理存在的主要问题

2.1 电网结构有待完善，电网优化建设仍需加强

配电网的结构是否合理直接影响线损的大小。由于受到地域环境的限制，超供电半径的配电网线路很多，而且各线路之间的距离也较长，特别是山区受地域条件的限制，经济落后，公用变压器多，迂回供电线路较多，负荷点分散，分支多，距离用电负荷中心远。……
