对土建工程新型混凝土材料的应用探讨

【摘  要】随着我国社会经济的迅速发展以及城市化进程的不断加快，建筑行业也迎来了新的高速发展阶段，土木工程作为整个施工过程的重要组成部分，其施工质量对整个建筑工程有着重要的意义。由于混凝土材料对整个施工过程有着重要的影响，而该种材料又极易受到外部因素的影响，因此，加强对新型混凝土材料的研究至关重要。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's society and economy and the continuous acceleration of the process of urbanization， the construction industry has also ushered in a new high-speed development stage. As an important part of the whole construction process， the construction quality of civil engineering is of great significance to the whole construction engineering. Because the concrete material has an important influence on the whole construction process， and this kind of material is extremely affected by external factors， so it is very important to strengthen the research of new concrete material.

1 引言

社会主义市场经济的迅速发展，带动了建筑行业的稳步前进，随着建筑行业的不断进步，相关技术的研究也成为现代建筑工程的重点工作方向。但当前土建工程仍存在较多问题，为避免更多安全事故的发生，就要加强对各类施工材料的研究，确保整个工程的科学性以及安全性。

2 新型混凝土材料在应用过程中存在的问题

2.1 各级人员观念陈旧，对新材料应用的支持度不高

一方面，由于新型混凝土材料是近年来兴起的新型建设材料，相较于传统混凝土建设材料而言，虽然具备较多的发展优势，但是由于其是一个新生事物，各个土建工程的施工团队在应用该种材料时需要有一个缓和过程，新旧混凝土材料的有效衔接需要一个发展过程。因此，虽然目前我国的土建工程在应用新型混凝土材料的比率有所上升，但是整体上其发展速率相较于其他材料的应用程度来看，仍然处于一个较低的水平。……
