结合传统文化经典的《土木工程材料》课程思政改革研究

【摘要】在强调“文化自信”的大背景下，以《土木工程材料》课程为切入点进行了在土木工程专业课程中融入《西游记》元素开展思政教学的方法探索。结果表明：在专业课程的知识体系中完全可以有机地融入传统文化经典元素，形成一个全新的课程思政视角，通过系列化的具体成果将“文化自信”建设落到实处，更好地实现全方位育人。

【Abstract】Under the background of emphasizing “cultural self⁃confidence”， the “Civil Engineering Materials” course has been used as the starting point to explore the methods of integrating the elements of “Journey to the West” into the civil engineering professional courses to carry out ideological and political teaching. Results show that the traditional cultural classic elements can be integrated into the knowledge system of professional courses organically， which can form a new curriculum ideological and political perspective， implement the construction of “cultural self⁃confidence” through a series of specific works， and realize “all⁃round” education better.

1.引言

为响应强化文化自信的号召、实现科学与人文精神的交相生辉，应深入探讨传统文化经典元素与各专业课程的有机结合方式、实现思政与专业教育的共生双赢。目前已有一些融合传统文化经典与专业知识的交叉研究，如，丁钰媛[1]探讨了三国中的人力资源思想对现代企业管理的启示，张苏君[2]从《水浒传》中王伦的故事出发探讨了与管理学的结合，韩垚等[3]采用Hackman团队效能模型从团队设计、团队协同、过程绩效标准等方面分析了唐僧的高效西游团队，邱海燕[4]深入探讨了《红楼梦》中的管理学要素，陈庆[5]从人文经济学的角度探讨了《红楼梦》中贾府的经济困境和贾府衰败的根源，袁敏[6]从《红楼梦》中平儿的角色出发探讨了对内审专业的启示等。但目前与理工科专业的融合性研究还比较欠缺。
