摘要:随着电力用户对配网供电可靠性要求的提高,加强配电网故障恢复辅助决策技术研究具有较强的必要性,可以显著缩短配电网的故障停电时长,提高电力企业的概念收益。在配电网故障恢复辅助决策技术中,需要建立配电网故障恢复辅助决策优化模型,并采取优化算法对所建立的模型进行求解,从而得出配电系统的供电故障恢复方案。本文系统分析了配电网故障恢复辅助决策技术的实现原理,并介绍了利用可视化技术开发的配电网故障恢复辅助决策系统,对于提高配电网的运行可靠性具有一定的价值。

Analysis and Application of Auxiliary Decision-making Technology for Distribution Network Fault Restoration

Abstract: With the increasing demand of power users for the reliability of distribution network, it is necessary to strengthen the research of auxiliary decision-making technology for Distribution Network fault restoration, which can significantly shorten the time of distribution network outage, improving the conceptual income of electric power enterprises. In the auxiliary decision-making technology of Distribution Network fault restoration, it is necessary to establish the auxiliary decision-making optimization model of Distribution Network fault restoration, and adopt the optimization algorithm to solve the model, so as to get the scheme of distribution system fault restoration. In this paper, the principle of auxiliary decision-making system for Distribution Network fault restoration is analyzed, and the auxiliary decision-making system for distribution network fault restoration is introduced, it has certain value for improving the operation reliability of distribution network.

配電网在接线模式上一般为辐射状,包括了很多的联络开关以及分段开关,闭环的结构、开环运行是配电网的显著特点。当配电网中出现故障之后,要求能够对配电网中的故障进行定位并加以隔离,同时还要求通过改变配电网中开关的分合状态,在确保配电网运行安全的前提条件下,尽量将配电网中的负荷加以恢复[1]。本文首先分析了当前的配电网故障恢复技术现状,之后阐述了配电网故障恢复辅助决策模型中的目标函数以及约束条件的构成,以及配电网故障恢复辅助决策模型的求解算法等,最后分析了配电网故障恢复辅助决策系统的开发,以下进行具体的分析和介绍。
