浅谈房屋建筑工程质量与成本的控制

摘要：近年来，我国经济的发展加快了城市化规模的扩大，推动了建筑行业的快速发展。人们开始重视建筑工程的质量，对建筑工程的要求不断提升，基于此，建筑工程在施工中也开始加强对工程成本控制问题的重视。房屋建筑工程在施工中，管理工作需要加强对工程质量以及成本的管理，以此来提升工程的整体质量，确保建筑企业获取到相应的经济效益。因此，房屋建筑工程施工中应加强对工程质量以及成本控制的重视。

Abstract：In recent years， China's economic development has accelerated the expansion of urbanization scale and promoted the rapid development of the construction industry. People began to pay attention to the quality of construction engineering， the requirements of construction engineering constantly improve， based on this， construction engineering in the construction also began to strengthen the cost control of the project. In the construction of housing construction projects， the management work needs to strengthen the management of project quality and cost， in order to improve the overall quality of the project， to ensure that construction enterprises get the corresponding economic benefits. Therefore， attention should be paid to project quality and cost control in the construction of housing construction engineering.

房屋建筑工程施工中，在重视工程质量管理的同时，要加强对工程施工成本的控制。房屋建筑工程在建设施工中，只有对工程成本进行控制，才能有效提升建筑施工企业以及投资者的经济效益。现在房屋是人们日常生活中必不可少的部分，房屋建筑建设也已经得到了人们广泛的关注，在房屋建筑工程建设中，应对工程质量以及成本控制进行重视，为了保证房屋建筑工程能够顺利建设施工，需要对工程造价成本预算进行科学的管理控制，提升工程的综合效益，提升建筑施工企業的经济效益，使其企业可以在市场中实现立足。
