和平北站泵装置选型设计与研究

摘要：和平北站位于清江浦区和平镇齐湖村境内，该站主要是负责清江浦区顺河洞中干渠以北的排涝任务。由于其建筑物破损，机电设备及金属结构老化，实际运行中存在各种问题和安全隐患，2016年经淮安市水利局安全鉴定为四类闸，故对该工程进行拆建改造。通过对水泵的泵型和机组台数进行比选，为今后其他的拆建改造工程设计提供一定的经验。

Study on Pump Type Selection for PumpingInstallationin Heping North Station

Abtract：Heping North Station is located in Qihu Village， Heping town， Qingjiang Pu District，which  is mainly responsible for the drainage task north of the main canal in Shunhe dong， Qingjiang Pu District. Due to the damage of the building， the aging of the mechanical and electrical equipment and the metal structure， there are various problems and safety hazards in the actual operation， it’s defined as the fourth type pump station after safety appraisal in 2016，Then we decided to demote and reconstruct this project. According to compare and select the pump type and unit number，some experience for other demolition， construction and transformation engineering design will be accessed in the future.

1 工程概況

和平北站位于清江浦区和平镇齐湖村境内的二河东堤上，建成于20世纪60年代，排涝控制面积24.85km²，同时兼顾3万亩耕地的灌溉任务，为地区经济发展、社会稳定发挥了重要作用。

经过50多年的运行，泵站总体外观老化严重，水泵部分连接螺栓锈蚀严重，管垫锈蚀严重，喇叭口锈蚀，轴封体与泵连接牢固，表面有锈蚀，填料密封完好但磨损严重，导叶体表面锈蚀。整体已经不能满足安全运行的要求，2016年经淮安市水利局鉴定，根据《泵站安全鉴定规程》（SL316-2015），综合评定和平北站为四类泵站[1]。鉴于此，和平北站已列入《江苏省中型灌溉排水泵站更新改造规划》。

本次拟新建泵站[2]设计流量10.5m3/s，单机设计流量2.625m3/s，堤后式布置，选用1000ZLB-70（+2°）型立式轴流泵，共4台套，单机配套功率为315kW。站身下游侧设清污机桥、进水池，进水侧设一道检修门（与安全格栅共槽），出水管采用拍门断流。
