EndNote软件编辑中英文混排和双语参考文献格式的方法

摘要：随着科学技术的迅速发展，科技文献的数量呈现快速增长的趋势。熟练应用EndNote等文献管理软件不仅能够提升科研人員的文献分析能力，还能够提高学术论文撰写和投稿的工作效率。然而，国内外期刊数量众多，且不同的期刊往往采用不同的参考文献引用格式。本文旨在说明EndNote软件中Output Styles的编辑技巧，并以《水利学报》和《农业工程学报》为例，分别说明在Output Styles内中英文混排参考文献和双语参考文献的编辑方法和步骤，从而为科研人员的科技论文撰写和投稿提供一定的帮助。

Abstract：With the fast development of science and technology， the number of scientific literatures is also rapidly increasing.Proficient utilization ofliterature management software such as EndNote，can not only improve the ability of document analysis of researchers， but also raise the efficiency of research paper writing and submission. However， there are numerous journals in the world and different journals always have different formats of literature citation. The objective of this study was to illustrate the editingskills of the ‘Output Styles’ in the EndNote software. Taking the ‘Journal of Hydraulic Engineering’ and ‘Transactions of the Chinese Society of Agricultural Engineering’ as examples， the methods and steps of editing Chinese-English mixed and bilingual styles of literature references were illustrated. The results of this study will help researchers in their writing and submission of scientific papers.

随着信息化时代的进一步加快，科技文献数量快速增长。科技文献的管理直接影响着科学研究的效率高低。此外，在撰写和发表科研成果时需要按照期刊要求对引用的参考文献进行编辑和修改，手动修改参考文献引用格式不仅费时费力，而且出错率高。这就需要借助一定的软件工具来解决这个问题。

当前EndNote、NoteExpress和Mendeley等文献管理软件具有强大的文献收集和管理功能，已经被广泛应用于科研工作者的学术研究和论文写作过程中[1-3]。其中EndNote是美国Thomson Reuters公司研发的参考文献管理软件，目前已经更新到第20版[4-5]

该软件能够与Word软件很好地兼容，除了具有文献信息查找、筛选和排序等功能外，还可能通过插件方便地在Word中插入参考文献[6-9]。
