医院后勤安全管理细节及风险控制管理

摘要：医院后勤管理部门应重视从细节入手开展安全管理工作，提高工作人员的安全管理意识，充分落实各项安全责任制度，并对安全监管工作进行不断的改进，针对极易出现安全事故的部门采取不同的等级管理和控制措施，并对制定的应急预案进行完善，保证在出现安全事件时能够及时采取有效的救援措施，最大程度的保证人员和经济安全。本文从医院后勤安全风险管理细节和医院后勤安全风险控制方法两个方面进行阐述，目的是为了给医院后勤安全管理工作提供一定的参考。

Details of Hospital Logistics Safety Management and Risk Control Management

Abstract： The hospital logistics management department should pay attention to the safety management work starting from the details， improve the safety management awareness of the staff， fully implement various safety responsibility systems， and continuously improve the safety supervision work， aiming at the departments that are prone to safety accidents. Adopt different levels of management and control measures， and improve the prepared emergency plan to ensure that effective rescue measures can be taken in a timely manner in the event of a safety incident， and to ensure the greatest degree of personnel and economic safety. This article elaborates on the details of the hospital logistics safety risk management and the hospital logistics safety risk control method， the purpose is to provide a certain reference for the hospital logistics safety management work.

医院后勤部门发挥着重要的作用，医院整个支撑体系中后勤安全管理是一个重要的内容，通过开展有效的后勤安全管理工作能够为医院有序运行提供良好的支持和有效的保障。

1医院后勤安全风险管理细节

1.1医院后勤安全风险的识别

医院后勤安全风险就是因医院自身存在的特殊性和管理方法以及制度等导致的管理效果和预期目标存在差异，而风险识别就是通过系统的判断和收集存在的潜在风险过程。医院具有一定的特殊性，担负着重要的社会责任，倘若医院后勤管理工作中出现问题，就会对患者的健康和生命产生威胁，甚至会导致严重的经济损失。医院后勤主要的安全风险表现形式主要包括以下几点：（1）人员意外受意外伤害，主要是因为环境、设备存在缺陷或者管理不完善，也有可能是因为一些突发意外事件使人员受到伤害。……
