生态环境保护下的林业经济发展探讨

摘要：在社会不断发展进步的影响下，人们越来越重视环境保护，希望实现人与自然的和谐共处，在不影响环境的前提下实现经济的可持续发展。因此，发展林业经济必须以保护生态环境为基础，这也是未来发展的必然趋势。基于此，本文探讨了林业资源的功能和林业经济发展的特征，分析了林业管理存在的不足，提出了生态环境保护下的林业经济发展策略，以供参考。

Discussion on Forestry Economic Development under Ecological Environment Protection

Abstract： Under the influence of the continuous development and progress of society， people pay more and more attention to environmental protection， hope to realize the harmonious coexistence between people and nature， and realize the sustainable development of economy without affecting the environment. Therefore， the development of forestry economy must be based on the protection of ecological environment， which is also the inevitable trend of future development. Based on this， this paper discusses the functions of forestry resources and the characteristics of forestry economic development， the shortcomings of forestry management are analyzed， put forward the forestry economic development strategy under the protection of ecological environment， for reference.

1 林业资源的功能

1.1 生态功能

林业资源是生态系统的主要内容，具有很强的调节生态功能，其不仅包含树木，同时还包含其生长的空间、地表、土壤、花草、乔木等，这些内容在整个生态圈有着各自的作用，如土壤能够为一些细菌、植物及昆虫等提供生长环境，而植物又能够为野生动物提供食物来源，最终对整个生态系统起到调节作用。

1.2 社会功能

林业资源的社会功能主要是林业经济发展过程中的相关政策，其与社会的发展情况及趋势有着密切联系，如林业环境保护问题等，只有确保林业及其经济能够做到可持續发展，满足社会发展需求，其社会功能方可得到充分发挥^[1]。

1.3 自然功能

森林的蓄水能力极强，其需要各种植物的根系来实现这一功能，主要以树木等为主，这种蓄水能力能够将降水、地下水及地表水等储存起来，可减少蒸发，能够减轻水土流失情况，同时能够减少自然灾害造成的影响及破坏，如旱涝、大风等。……
