简析房建施工现场安全管理存在的问题及相应对策

摘要：为保障工程高质高效开展，需加强施工现场安全管控力度，细致分析存在于施工现场中的各类质量隐患问题，通过制定安全管控机制、优化安全管理流程等方式，消除施工现场安全隐患问题。基于此，本文结合具体房建工程案例，阐述房建工程施工现场安全管理工作的重要性，分析现存于施工现场安全管理中的各类问题，提出能够提升施工现场安全管理水平的具体措施，以供参考。

Brief Analysis on the Existing Problems and Corresponding Countermeasures in the Safety Management of House Construction Site

Abstract： In order to ensure the high-quality and efficient development of the project， it is necessary to strengthen the safety management and control of the construction site， carefully analyze the various hidden quality problems in the construction site， and eliminate the hidden dangers of the construction site by formulating safety control mechanisms and optimizing the safety management process. Based on this， this article combines specific housing construction project cases to illustrate the importance of safety management at the construction site of housing construction projects. Analyze the various problems existing in the safety management of the construction site， and propose specific measures that can improve the safety management level of the construction site for reference.

隨社会经济发展速度不断加快，房建工程建设规模日渐扩大，大众对房建施工质量与安全性提出了更高要求。为最大限度消除房建施工期间的安全隐患问题，结合工程建设特征，加强施工现场安全管理力度，分析存在于现场安全管理中的各类安全隐患，制定出切实可行的施工现场安全管控机制。

1房建工程施工现场安全管理工作开展意义

本文以山东某市一中学迁建项目为例，该项目规划用地面积为59270.57㎡、总建筑面积为56517.19㎡。其中，地上建筑面积为39038.46㎡、地下建筑面积为17403.57㎡。由于该建筑工程施工规模大，涉及流程复杂，实施期间存在的安全隐患较多，需要着重做好施工现场安全管理工作。

在房建工程施工实施过程中，施工现场安全施工管理水平可直接影响到工程运行期间的全寿命周期。由于工程施工期间涉及的流程繁杂，需要进一步加强安全管理力度，分析工程建设期间可能出现的安全问题，制定出专项可行的解决方案。……
