土-结构相互作用下基础环式风机基础受力特性研究

摘要：针对某陆上风电场2 MW风电塔结构，建立了“地基土-风机基础”有限元与无限单元结合的半无限边界模型，研究土-结构相互作用下，风机基础上部荷载、回填土重度、基础重度对地基的作用以及地基形变对风机基础的反向作用等。通过ABAQUS中的生死单元模拟风机基础从基坑开挖、吊装基础、基坑回填到风机运行的全过程，分析风机在运行过程中正常工况和极端工况下的基础环水平度、混凝土基础的沉降与倾斜及其应力情况，并与底部刚性连接的基础进行对比。研究表明，地基土对风机基础环水平度影响较大，基础应力方面变化也较为明显。

Study on Mechanical Characteristics of Foundation Ring Fan under Soil-Structure Interaction

Abstract： A semi-infinite boundary model combining finite element and infinite element was established for a 2MW wind turbine tower structure in an onshore wind farm. Under the condition of soil-structure interaction， the upper load of fan foundation is studied. Backfill soil weight； The effect of foundation weight on foundation and the reverse effect of foundation deformation on fan foundation. Through ABAQUS life-and-death unit simulation fan foundation from the foundation pit excavation； Lifting foundation； Foundation pit backfilling； And the whole process of fan op？ eration. The levelness of foundation ring in normal and extreme working conditions is analyzed. The settlement and inclination of the concrete foundation and its stress are compared with the foundation with rigid connection at the bot？ tom. The research shows that the foundation soil has great influence on the levelness of fan foundation ring， and the foundation stress is also obvious.

風力发电机作为一种高耸结构，其风机基础承受着机舱和塔筒的重力荷载，其风机表面承受着施工完成后的回填土荷载，同时要承受风机摇摆带来的巨大倾覆力矩[1]。对于松软的地基，风机基础更容易发生不均匀下沉。风机基础整体倾斜以及竖向下沉超限，严重影响风机安全运行，因此对地基的稳定性要求很高。基础环作为基础环式风机基础连接基础和上部塔筒的构件，在各种荷载叠加作用下，基础环发生较小的倾斜就会引起塔筒顶部产生较大水平偏心距。之前大多研究都不考虑地基土对风机基础的作用，直接将基础底部绑定去研究基础环水平度和风机基础受力特性[2]，但是风机基础不均匀下沉对基础环水平度影响很大。……
