激励教学法在高中体育特长生田径教学中的应用

【摘    要】通过分析我国当前教育领域内高中阶段的体育特长生田径教学实际情况，并结合在以往开展的教育的教学实践效果，可知通过激励教学法的运用，能够帮助高中体育特长生在田径训练过程当中取得更为显著的学习效果。本文深入探讨了在针对高中体育特长生开展田径教学过程中激励教学法的有效运用策略，希望可以为相关教师的工作开展提供方向指导和经验借鉴，进而推动该领域教学成效提升。

Application of Inspiring Teaching Method in Track and Field Teaching of High School Students with Special Ability in Physical Education

【Abstract】by analyzing the actual situation of track and field teaching of high school students with special abilities in the field of education in China， and combining with the effect of teaching practice， it can be known that through the use of incentive teaching method， can help high school students with special physical ability in the track and field training process to achieve more significant learning results. This paper probes into the effective application strategy of stimulating teaching method in the process of developing track and field teaching for the high school students with special abilities in physical education， hoping to provide direction guidance and experience for the teachers concerned， in order to promote the effectiveness of teaching in this field.

聚焦于高中階段教育领域内新的课程改革实践背景，能够了解到随着素质教育理念在高中教学课程中的引入和融合，也为体育学科教学课程增添了新的内涵。而由于田径课程作为体育课程教学实践的重要构成部分，对于学生体育技能的掌握和体育素养的培育都具有关键效用和重要意义，所以推动其与素质教育理念实现良好效果的融合，并保障其较高水准教学效果的达成尤为必要。针对当前高中阶段体育特长生的教学举措实践情况和应用效果分析，可以发现大部分学生相较于传统的体育锻炼活动，更倾向于轻松潮流的体育运动项目，因此教师唯有在教学中突出田径项目教育特色，才能增强学生参与田径课程的热情。

一、应用言语激励法

在体育特长生训练开展过程中使用言语激励法，具体指的是教师通过针对性激励言语的使用和强调，激励学生在课程学习中做到集中注意力，不放弃。……
