论旅游经济发展中的政府作用

【摘  要】随着我国社会主义市场经济的快速发展，旅游业得到了极大的发展空间。与其他国家相比，我国旅游业由于自身历史的特殊性，其整体发展过程是在政府的引领和指导下进行的。因此，政府在旅游经济的发展过程中起到了决定性的作用，是满足人们日益增长的对于旅游文化需求的保障。论文主要针对政府在目前旅游经济中发挥的作用以及如何推动旅游经济的发展进行阐述，以期为我国旅游经济的发展和进步提供一定的参考和帮助。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy， the tourism industry has got a great development space. Compared with other countries， due to the particularity of its own history， the overall development process of China's tourism industry is carried out under the leadership and guidance of the government. Therefore， the government plays a decisive role in the development of tourism economy， which is the guarantee to meet people's growing demand for tourism and culture. This paper mainly expounds the role of the government in the current tourism economy and how to promote the development of tourism economy， so as to provide some reference and help for the development and progress of China's tourism economy.

1 引言

旅游业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位，很多地区通过开发自己具有特色的旅游板块而得到了良好的发展，实现了脱贫致富。可以说，旅游业已经成为很多地区的支柱性产业，为我国经济的进步作出了巨大的贡献，甚至有地方政府很好地将国内旅游与国际旅游进行创造性的结合，在创造经济效益的同时，很大程度上拉动了内需，一举多得。在我国旅游经济的发展过程中，政府占据了主导地位，因此，政府在旅游经济中如何发挥自己的作用成为影响我国旅游经济发展的重中之重。

2 影响旅游经济发展的因素

我国的旅游经济是在改革开放之后，社会主义市场经济发展的环境下得到了巨大的发展空间，随着改革的深入，旅游经济的市场化进程不断加快，在国民经济中的占比逐年提高，具有良好的发展前景。……
