衡阳地区4个不同蓝莓品种绿枝扦插越冬育苗研究

摘要 [目的]探索衡陽地区蓝莓绿枝扦插越冬育苗技术，为蓝莓绿枝扦插育苗提供技术支撑。[方法]通过设置生根粉400倍液（2500mg/L）喷洒苗床、生根粉600倍液（1667mg/L）喷洒苗床、萘乙酸1000倍液（1000mg/L）喷洒苗床3种不同的育苗处理方法，对密斯帝、杜克、奥尼尔、雷戈西4个蓝莓品种的绿枝扦插越冬育苗技术进行研究。[结果]同一蓝莓品种采用不同育苗处理的成活率差异不大;同一育苗处理不同蓝莓品种的成活率差异较大，奥尼尔成活率最高，密斯帝次之，雷戈西再次之，杜克最低。4个蓝莓品种在秋冬季绿枝扦插后，叶片慢慢凋落，扦插成活苗翌年3月初开始萌发新芽，同一蓝莓品种不同育苗处理的扦插苗株高差异不大;同一育苗处理不同蓝莓品种的扦插苗株高差异较大，奥尼尔株高最大，雷戈西次之，密斯帝再次之，杜克最小。扦插300d以上，4个蓝莓品种扦插苗平均根数和平均根长均以生根粉400倍液（2500mg/L）喷洒苗床最好，生根粉600倍液（1667mg/L）喷洒苗床次之，萘乙酸1000倍液（1000mg/L）喷洒苗床再次之;从同一育苗处理来看，扦插苗平均根数和平均根长均以奥尼尔最好，雷戈西次之，密斯帝再次之，杜克最差。[结论]4个蓝莓品种在衡阳地区进行越冬扦插育苗是可行的，其关键是利用生根粉或相关激素进行育苗处理，注意保温保湿并防病害侵染，使插条能够安全越冬。

Abstract[Objective]Inordertoprovidetechnicalsupportforblueberrygreenbranchcuttingseedling，theoverwinteringseedlingtechnologyofblueberrygreenbranchcuttinginHengyangwasexplored.[Method]Throughthreedifferentseedlingtreatmentmethodsincludingsprayingseedbedwith400timesrootingpowder（2500mg/L），sprayingseedbedwith600timesrootingpowder（1667mg/L），andsprayingseedbedwith1000timesNAA（1000mg/L），thegreenbranchcuttingoverwinteringseedlingtechnologyoffourdifferentblueberryvarietiesincludingMisty，Duke，OnellandLegecywasstudied.[Result]Therewasnosignificantdifferenceinthesurvivalrateofthesameblueberryvarietywithdifferentseedlingtreatments;thesurvivalrateofdifferentblueberryvarietieswiththesameseedlingtreatmentwassignificantlydifferent，withthehighestsurvivalrateofOnell，followedbyMisty，followedbyLegecy，followedbyDuke.Theleavesoffourblueberryvarietiesslowlywitheredaftergreencuttinginautumnandwinter，andthesurvivalseedlingsbegantosproutatthebeginningofMarchofthenextyear.Theheightdifferenceofthecuttingseedlingsofthesameblueberryvarietywithdifferentseedlingraisingtreatmentswasnotsignificant;theheightdifferenceofthecuttingseedlingsofdifferentblueberryvarietieswiththesameseedlingraisingtreatmentswaslarge，theheightofOnellwasthelargest，Legecywasthesecond，Mistywasthethird，andDukewasthesmallest.Aftercuttingformorethan300days，fourblueberryvarietieshadthebestrootingpowder400times（2500mg/L）sprayontheseedbed，androotingpowder600times（1667）sprayontheseedbedmg/L）sprayseedbednext，NAA1000timessolution（1000mg/L）sprayseedbedagain;fromthesameseedlingtreatment，theaveragerootnumberandaveragerootlengthofcuttingswerethebestinOnell，Legecywasthesecond，Mistywasthethird，andDukewasworst.[Conclusion]ThisstudyshowsthatitisfeasibleforfourblueberryvarietiestocarryoutoverwinteringcuttingseedlingraisinginHengyangarea.Thekeyistouserootingpowderorrelatedhormonesforseedlingraising，payattentiontoheatpreservationandmoisturepreservationandpreventdiseaseinfection，sothatthecuttingscansurvivethewintersafely.
