温肾解毒汤治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能与BUN、Cr、Hb水平的影响研究

【摘要】 目的：探討温肾解毒汤治疗对慢性肾功能衰竭患者肾功能与BUN、Cr、Hb水平的影响。方法：选取2018年1月-2020年1月本院门诊就诊的60例慢性肾功能衰竭患者，按照随机数字表将其分为对照组和研究组，各30例。对照组给予一般治疗，研究组在对照组基础上加入服用温肾解毒汤治疗。比较两组临床症状积分、白蛋白（ALB）、尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、血红蛋白（Hb）及临床疗效。结果：治疗后，两组各项临床症状积分均降低，且研究组各项临床症状积分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组ALB、Hb水平均提高，BUN、Cr水平均降低，研究组ALB、Hb水平均高于对照组，BUN、Cr水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：慢性肾功能衰竭治疗过程中，加入服用温肾解毒汤可有效改善临床症状，提高临床疗效，减轻对肾组织的损伤，是辅助治疗良方，值得临床借鉴应用。

[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of Wenshen Jiedu Decoction on renal function and Bun， Cr， Hb levels in patients with chronic renal failure. Method： A total of 60 patients with chronic renal failure admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected， they were divided into control group and study group according to the random number table， 30 cases in each group. The control group was given general treatment， on the basis of the control group， the study group was added with Wenshen Jiedu Decoction. The clinical symptoms， albumin， urea nitrogen， creatinine， hemoglobin and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Result： After treatment， the scores of all clinical symptoms in both groups were decreased， the scores of all clinical symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences （P<0.05）. After treatment， both groups ALB and Hb levels were increased， BUN and Cr levels were decreased， the study group ALB， Hb levels were higher than those in the control group， BUN and Cr levels were lower than those in the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： In the treatment of chronic renal failure， the addition of Wenshen Jiedu Decoction can increase clinical symptoms， improve the clinical efficacy， reduce the damage of renal tissue， it is well adjuvant therapy， which is worthy of clinical use for reference.

慢性肾功能衰竭是慢性肾脏疾病造成的肾脏功能损害、结构损害，最终导致的临床症状和代谢紊乱组成的综合征[1]。慢性肾功能衰竭是内科临床常见的危重症，治疗棘手、预后较差，是肾脏疾病患者死亡的主要原因之一，每年发病率高达上百万[2]。慢性肾小球肾炎在原发性肾脏疾病中最为常见，高血压肾损害、糖尿病肾病等在继发性肾脏疾病中最为常见[3]。中医学认为，慢性肾衰竭归属水肿、关格、癃闭等范畴，累及心肝、与脾肺关系密切，以肾为主，病位在肾与膀胱[4]。近几年临床研究表明，慢性肾衰竭采用中医中药治疗，具有较好的临床疗效，能够有效延缓病情进展，并且在专方专药、治则治法、辨证论治、病因病机等方面也取得了较好的成效[5]。本次研究对慢性肾功能衰竭患者使用中药温肾解毒汤进行治疗，探讨温肾解毒汤对患者的肾功能与尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）、血红蛋白（Hb）水平的影响，现报道如下。……
