中国在线教育新常态“人工智能+教育”的挑战与机遇探讨

摘要：信息技术的发展和进步为教育改革提供了技术平台，也为教育创新提供了机遇。本研究将首先从技术层面探讨在线教育的优势，以验证其能成为新时期新常态的原因;其次，对中国在线教育和教学模式进行分析，以应对不同类型的在线教学实践所面临的挑战;再次，对中国在线教育的特点和趋势进行调查，以挖掘从“互联网+教育”升级到“人工智能+教育”的新机遇;最后，对中国在线教育的具体实施做了相应的讨论与建议。

China’s Online Education in the New Normal-- Challenges and Opportunities of "AI+ Education"

Abstract： The development and progress of information technology not only provides a technical platform for educational reform， but also provides opportunities for educational innovation. This study will first explore the advantages of online education from the technical level to verify the reasons why it can become a new normal in the new era; secondly， it analyzes the online education and teaching mode in China in order to meet the challenges faced by different types of online teaching practice; third， we will investigate the characteristics and trends of online education in China to explore new opportunities from upgrading Internet plus education to "AI + education"; finally， it makes corresponding discussions and suggestions on the specific implementation of online education in China.

1 在線教育的优势

1.1 形式方便灵活

在线教育打破时空和地域的限制，实现“教”与“学”能随时随地开展，形式方便灵活，能让在职人士工作之余还能攻读学位，让不得不留守照料家庭的父母在闲暇时继续学业，实现学历提升。同步直播教学模式为师生们提供了实时在线互动的机会，在线学习和交流成为了师生们的最佳选择。

1.2 信息无障碍

除了由教师预先准备并上传到网络学习平台的学习资料外，师生们还可以在线获取其他相关课程资料。包括学校为师生提供精品在线开放课程学习平台的账号，师生们都能通过这些平台免费获得开放的教学与学习资源。甚至于很多优质的数字化资料都可以在线购买并立即使用，电子版的学习资料往往比纸质版的更便宜。除此以外，其他各种互联网资源都可随时被调取并加以利用。

1.3 创新性

在线教育运用的大数据和人工智能（AI）分析技术能帮助师生对“教”与“学”的整个过程有更清晰的认识。……
