实施班级积分制培养小学生自主管理能力

【摘  要】本文以班级积分制管理模式为切入点，讨论班级积分制管理模式，组织小学生参与课余活动，引导小学生积极地投入到班级自主管理中来，进而提升小学生自主管理能力，建立起班级内部互相督促的管理机制。

【Abstract】This paper takes the class integral system management mode as the breakthrough point， discusses the class integral system management mode， organizes the primary school students to participate in the extracurricular activities， guides the primary school students to actively participate in the class independent management， and then improves the primary school students' self-management ability， and establishes the management mechanism of mutual supervision and promotion within the class.

一、實施班级积分制管理模式的积极作用

（一）有助于班级学习氛围的改善

当前，由于父母的娇惯以及宠爱，导致许多小学生的自我意识较强，其不仅具有争强好胜、不遵守纪律的性格特征，还具有不尊重师长以及不爱护同学的行为特征。此类学生不仅严重地影响了课堂秩序，还对班级的学习氛围产生了不良的影响。基于此，班主任教师应该积极推行班级积分制管理模式，以“扣分”或“减分”等形式，对不遵守纪律的小学生予以警告，使其受到约束，进而实现对此类学生的有效管理。同时，班主任教师还应该设置一定比例的加分项目，以鼓励式“加分”的形式，引导不遵守纪律的学生安静听讲，从而使其逐渐形成尊重师长、尊重同学的行为习惯。在这样的情况之下，班级的学习氛围会得到明显改善，所有学生主动学习的意愿也会逐步增强，班级内部的凝聚力与向心力亦会渐渐提升。因此，班主任教师应该以班级积分管理模式为基础，同时推行鼓励性措施与惩罚性措施，促进班级风气的改善，为班级内部学习氛围的提升夯实基础，以此实现有序的教学环境。……
