新媒体时代下花瑶挑花芙蓉工匠媒介素养培育机制研究

摘  要：最近几年，作为世界非物质文化遗产之一的湖南花瑶挑花艺术形式被越来越多的艺术工作者所重视，纷纷从不同角度对其开展艺术创作与研究，对更好地推动这一艺术形式的传承与发展做出了突出贡献。伴随着网络技术与计算机信息技术的快速发展，以自媒体、网络媒体为主的新媒体的出现为更多花瑶挑花艺术工作者提供了更多展示自己的机会，也为培养花瑶挑花芙蓉工匠工作提出了更多新的要求。该文以新媒体时代下花瑶挑花芙蓉工匠的媒介素养的基本要求作为出发點，重点探讨这类人才媒介培育过程中内在机制存在的问题及解决方案。

Research on Media Literacy Cultivation Mechanism of Huayao Cross Flower Lotus Craftsman in the New Media Era

Abstract： In recent years， as one of the world's intangible cultural heritage， Hunan Huayao cross flower art form has been paid more and more attention by art workers. They have carried out artistic creation and research from different angles， which has made outstanding contributions to better promote the inheritance and development of this art form. With the rapid development of network technology and computer information technology， the emergence of new media based on self media and network media provides more opportunities for more Huayao cross stitch artists to show themselves， and puts forward more new requirements for the cultivation of Huayao cross flower lotus craftsman. Based on the basic requirements of media literacy of Huayao cross flower lotus craftsman in the new media era， this paper focuses on the problems and solutions of the internal mechanism in the process of media cultivation of such talents.

1  新媒体时代下个人媒介素养的含义

1.1 新媒体时代下个人媒介素养的形成

新媒体时代下个人媒介素养的形成是受到多个因素共同影响后形成的，促进其形成的元素主要体现在如下几个方面。

1.1.1 网民数量的逐渐增加

随着网络技术的快速发展，越来越多的人开始加入到网民的行列之中，人们使用网络不仅可以很好地收集各种信息资源，还可以通过网络更加及时地将自己的情感抒发出去，因此深受人们的喜爱。

1.1.2 新媒体形式的出现

新媒体是相对于传统媒体而言的一类媒体形式。媒体是信息传递的媒介与途径，在新媒体出现之前人们接受信息的主要途径是通过电视、报纸、书籍等传统的媒体方式实现的。……
