自拟四虫益气养血汤联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效

[摘要] 目的 分析带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者使用自拟四虫益气养血汤联合普瑞巴林的治疗效果。 方法 随机选取本院2018年3月至2020年3月期间收治的98例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者进行此次研究，按照随机抽签法均分两组，每组各49例。其中，对照组给予普瑞巴林治疗，在此基础上研究组给予自拟四虫益气养血汤治疗，比较两组的疼痛评分、生活质量评分、T淋巴细胞亚群指标及治疗后的有效率。 结果 两组治疗前对比疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后分数均有所下降，研究组较对照组分数下降幅度大，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗前对比生活质量评分，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后分数均有所提高，研究组较对照组分数提高幅度大，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组T淋巴细胞亚群指标治疗前对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;治疗后指标均有所改善，研究组较对照组改善效果明显，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组较对照组治疗的有效率高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者使用自拟四虫益气养血汤联合普瑞巴林进行治疗，能够明显降低患者的痛感，提高患者生活质量、T淋巴细胞亚群指标改善，达到良好的治疗效果，有应用推广价值。

Clinical effect of self-made sichong Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with pregabalin in the treatment of herpes zoster-induced postherpetic neuralgia

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of self-made Sichong Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with pregabalin in the patients with herpes zoster-induced postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 98 patients with herpes zoster-induced postherpetic neuralgia who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly selected for this study. According to the random lot drawing method， the patients were divided into two groups， with 49 patients in each group. Among them， the control group was given pregabalin treatment. On this basis， the self-made Sichong Yiqi Yangxue Decoction was given to the study group. The pain scores， quality of life scores， T lymphocyte subsets indicators， and effective rates after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results There was no difference in pain scores between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）; the scores were decreased after treatment， and the scores in the study group were decreased more than those in the control group， with significant differences（P<0.05）. There was no difference in the quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）; the scores were all increased after treatment， and the scores in the study group were increased more than those in the control group， with significant differences （P<0.05）. There was no difference between the two groups in T lymphocyte subgroup indices before treatment （P>0.05）; the indices were improved after treatment， and the improvement in the study group was more obvious than that in the control group， with significant differences （P<0.05）. The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group， and the results were significantly different（P<0.05）. Conclusion Self-made Sichong Yiqi Yangxue Decoction combined with pregabalin in the treatment of patients with postherpetic neuralgia can significantly reduce the patient′s pain. It can improve the quality of life of patients and improve the index of T lymphocyte subgroups， and achieve favorable therapeutic effects， which has an application promotion value.

带状疱疹是由带状疱疹病毒引起的皮肤病，患者发病后有着较为严重的疼痛感，能够通过皮肤-空气-呼吸道进行传染，主要以老年患者居多。在秋夏两季该病的发生率较高，患者会出现疼痛、低热、无力等症状，发病初期在患病部出现椭圆形或不规则红斑，几小时便可出现水疱，随着单个小水疱的增长逐渐合成大的水疱，甚至会出现脓疱和血疱等情况[1]。带状疱疹后神经痛是一种持续性的症状，持续时间较长，有些患者的疼痛会持续半年以上，且疼痛严重，对患者的心理和生活质量影响极大。以往……
