基于科研团队的研究生创新实践能力培养模式探索

摘  要： 针对研究生单导师制带来的培养模式随意、培养质量不稳定、研究生创新实践能力培养不足等问题，提出依托科研团队，建立基于科研团队、合作指导研究生学习的培养模式。科研团队一方面依托合作企业，结合企业实际需求，实现专业型研究生创新实践能力培养;另一方面，充分发挥团队中青年教师的作用，跟踪前沿学术，指导学术型研究生从事高水平的科研工作，通过团队导师的合作指导，全面促进研究生创新实践能力的培养。

of graduate students in research team

Abstract： Aiming at the problems of random training mode， unstable training quality and insufficient training of graduate students' innovation and practice ability brought by the single tutor system for postgraduates， a training mode is proposed to establish a scientific research team and cooperate to guide graduate students based on the scientific research team. On the one hand， the scientific research team relies on the cooperative enterprise and combines the actual needs of the enterprise to realize the training of professional graduate students' innovative practical ability. On the other hand， it makes full use of the role of young and middle-aged teachers in the team to track the state of art of academics and guide academic graduate students to engage in high-level scientific research. The cooperative guidance of the team comprehensively promotes the training of graduate students' innovation and practice ability.

0 引言

隨着研究生招生规模的扩大，在校研究生人数日益增多，如何更好地培养学术型、专业型硕士研究生是近年来我国研究生教育工作的热点和重点。由于我国研究生教育采取导师负责制，研究生培养模式很大程度上取决于其指导教师的指导模式，因此，对研究生培养模式的探索，首先要从导师的指导模式入手[1-2]。

1 研究生培养模式现状

现有的导师制度主要是单导师制，导师个人的学术水平和科研实践能力不同，往往会导致学生培养模式具有较强的随意性，导致学生培养质量参差不齐，创新实践能力培养不足，个人发展潜力未能充分激发。同时，高校研究生导师长期从事科学研究工作，普遍缺乏行业实践经验，往往更侧重研究生的学术培养，在实践能力培养方面普遍存在较为明显的不足，而实践能力培养恰恰是专业型硕士研究生培养的重要内容，导致很多导师难以胜任对专业型硕士研究生的实践能力培养要求[3]。……
