小学生心理健康教育实施途径与实践研究

【摘    要】小学生的心理健康问题越来越被社会重视，而学校也在不断展开相应的心理教育活动，让小学生能够在校园生活中不断增强心理素质，提高学习中的抗压能力。为了将小学生培养成符合现代发展所需要的人才，教师应该重视小学生心理健康教育，并且联合社会和家庭将小学生心理健康教育放在一个重要的位置。本文主要根据实际情况探究小学生心理健康教育的实施途径。

【Abstract】The mental health problem of primary school students has been paid more and more attention by the society， and the school is also constantly launched the corresponding psychological education activities， so that primary school students can constantly enhance the psychological quality in the campus life， improve the ability to resist pressure in learning.In order to train primary school students to meet the needs of modern development， teachers should attach importance to the mental health education of primary school students， and combine the society and family to put the mental health education of primary school students in an important position.This paper mainly explores the implementation of mental health education for primary school students according to the actual situation.

小學阶段的教育容易被忽视的一点就是心理健康教育。很多小学生出现厌学的情绪，往往是因为心理健康出现问题，因此学校和教师应当重视心理健康教育，让学困生及时找到心理问题的根源，引导小学生排除心理障碍。不同年级的小学生有不同的心理性格特点，因此教师应该提高专业素养，有针对性地帮助小学生解决心理健康问题，提高心理素质。

一、转变心理健康教育观念

（一）强化小学生“正能量”

以往的教学活动过分注重学生对知识的掌握情况，而不够强调学生人生观的树立，为了能够让心理健康教育水平得到提高，学校应该重视观念的转变，强化小学生的正能量，促进小学生全面发展。学校应该设置多种活动，促进小学生形成正确的人生观、价值观。例如，学校可以营造和谐的校园氛围，让学生在和谐友好的环境中感受到正能量，从而让小学生的思想品质得到提高。……
