初中地理教学中学生读图能力的培养探索

【摘  要】在初中地理课堂教学中，教师要对学生的读图能力进行培养。这是因为地理学习需要各种地图的支持，学生需要通过地图或者是图表获取相关的信息。但是受到传统教育理念的影响，地理教师普遍只对班级学生进行理论知识的讲解，却忽视了对学生进行读图能力的培养。基于此，笔者简要分析了培养初中生读图能力的作用，并结合实际情况提出几点培养学生读图能力的策略，希望可以给相关课堂教学研究提供一定的支持。

Cultivation of Students' Ability to Read Maps in Junior Middle School Geography Teaching

【Abstract】In the junior middle school geography classroom teaching， teachers should cultivate students' ability to read pictures. This is because geography learning requires the support of various maps， and students need to obtain relevant information through maps or diagrams. However， influenced by traditional educational concepts， geography teachers generally only explain theoretical knowledge to class students， but ignore the training of students' ability to read pictures. Based on this， the author briefly analyzes the role of cultivating the ability of reading pictures for junior high school students， and puts forward several strategies for cultivating the ability of reading pictures for students based on the actual situation， hoping to provide certain support for related classroom teaching research.

研究指出，初中生在对地理知识进行学习的过程中需要具备读图能力。但是大部分初中生不喜欢参与到地理知识的学习中，也未能掌握读图这一能力。地图是地理知识学习的重要资源，学生只有对地图内容进行阅读和获取，才可以掌握系统性的学科知识，立足读图来解决相关的学习问题并进行实践运用。所以在后期的地理课堂教学中，教师需要对学生进行读图能力的培养，这可以在降低知识学习难度的基础上增加学生对课程知识的记忆程度。

一、地理教师对初中生进行读图能力培养的作用思考

（一）合理降低课程知识学习难度

虽然地理课程普遍被认为是文科知识学习的范畴，但是该课程知识的学习并不是靠简单背诵就能实现的。这是因为地理课程有着独特的魅力，很多知识需要通过抽象理解并进行计算的方式才能进行深度的思考，因此仅仅依靠简单背诵这一途径是不能实现的。……
