【摘  要】“新高考政策”之后，中学生涯发展与规划课程的实施显得尤为重要。中学生涯规划课程的实施关系到学生的发展、国家的未来，是当前中学教育不可忽视的内容。基于此，本文就中学生涯规划课程化实施的现状及存在的问题进行深入了分析，并针对性地提出具体实施措施。

【Abstract】After the "new college entrance examination policy"， the implementation of the middle school career development and planning curriculum appears to be particularly important. The implementation of the middle school career planning curriculum is related to the development of students and the future of the country， and it is a content that cannot be ignored in current middle school education. Based on this， this article makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the implementation of the curriculum of career planning in middle schools， and proposes specific implementation measures in a targeted manner.

一、中學生生涯规划课程化实施的现状及存在的问题探析

（一）生涯规划在中学课程化实施的必要性

近几年来，随着“新高考政策”的实施，高中教育和大学教育的联系更加密切，高中教育对学生之后的发展方向和大学毕业后的择业，起到的作用越来越重要，而中学生生涯规划的重要性也日趋显现。

生涯规划在中学课程化实施，是时代对高中教育的要求。当代社会市场的竞争是知识的竞争，是人才的竞争，是创新力的竞争。《2020年中国战略性新兴产业发展形势展望》报告中指出，中国战略新兴产业预计在2020年经济中保持引领性优势，其增长值或占我国GDP的15%，而新兴产业的发展关键在于人才的培养、技术的创新。

生涯规划在中学课程化实施，是培养学生核心素养、促进学生全面发展的重要举措。高中阶段的学生无论是身体素质还是心理发展水平都处于学习的高峰，高中是人才培养的关键期，这时，学生的生涯规划就显得尤为重要。在高中阶段实施生涯规划课程，有助于帮助学生更科学地规划自己的人生发展方向，可以帮助学生根据自己的兴趣爱好、人格特征、知识水平，尽早规划自己的学业、职业等，能够有效避免学生走冤枉路，帮助学生更好地实现人生价值和人生理想。……
