幼儿园保育教师专业发展现状及策略研究

【摘    要】2016年新颁布实施的《幼儿园工作规程》指出：幼儿园卫生保健人员的素质能力直接影响着幼儿的全面发展，他们是保教并行的重要桥梁。但保育教师在实际的工作中却还存在着素质能力较差、凭经验工作、人员流动频繁、专业知识匮乏等不足，鉴于此，本文通过问卷调查、结构性访谈等方式，全面分析了目前幼儿园保育教师专业发展现状，并在此基础上从政府职能部门、幼儿园自身、保育教师本人三个方面着手提出了相应的策略。

Research on Professional Development and Strategies of Kindergarten Nursing Teachers

——A Case Study of Public Kindergarten in J City

【Abstract】The newly promulgated and implemented "Kindergarten Work Regulations" in 2016 pointed out that the quality and ability of kindergarten health care personnel directly affects the overall development of children， and they are an important bridge for the parallel between care and education. However， in the actual work of childcare teachers， there are still deficiencies such as poor quality and ability， working with experience， frequent personnel mobility， and lack of professional knowledge. In view of this， this article uses questionnaire surveys， structured interviews and other methods to comprehensively analyze the current situation. The status quo of the professional development of nursery teachers in kindergartens， and on this basis， the corresponding strategies have been proposed from the three aspects of the government's functional departments， the kindergarten itself， and the nursery teachers themselves.

一、J市公辦幼儿园保育教师专业发展现状

近年来，随着幼儿教育地位的不断提高，幼儿园保育教师的生存发展现状得到了社会各界越来越多的关注，但专业发展现状离实现《幼儿园工作新规》的要求还有一定的差距。本论文采用问卷调查和实地访谈的方式，对36位J市公办幼儿园保育教师专业发展现状进行了全面的调查和分析。

（一）J市公办幼儿园保育教师基本情况概述

现实生活中，幼儿园中的幼儿教师98%都为女性，这一现象也延续到了保育教师的身上。他们大多具有教育学和医学的相关专业背景，学历集中为中专及以上，月收入3200元左右，大多无编制，这导致保育教师基本无职称。此外，保育教师年龄走势偏大，但比较乐观的情况是，调查中的全体成员都是持合格证上岗的合格保育教师。
