农村教师队伍建设存在的问题和对策研究

【摘    要】百年大计，教育为本。教育质量是学校的生命线，农村学校教育工作的关键在于教师，教师队伍建设是学校教育质量发展的重中之重。农村教师结构不合理、师资水平悬殊、分布不均、待遇低等问题严重影响了农村教师的生存和发展，从而使农村学生流失严重、生源匮乏，以至于教师不能安心地工作。解决农村教师队伍的建设问题已成为必然趋势，政府部门和教育主管部门需要加强教师管理力度和制定相关配套政策。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in the Construction of Rural Teachers

【Abstract】Education is the foundation. Education quality is the lifeline of a school. The key to rural school education lies in teachers. The establishment of a teacher team is the top priority of the development of school education quality. The structure of rural teachers is unreasonable， the level of teachers is huge， the distribution of teachers is uneven， and the salary is low. This has seriously affected the survival and development of rural teachers， resulting in serious loss of rural students and lack of students， so that teachers cannot work safely. It has become an inevitable trend to solve the problem of the construction of rural teachers， and it is necessary for government departments and education authorities to strengthen teacher management and formulate related supporting policies.

實施教育工作的关键在于教师。建立一支高素质、高水平、合格而稳定的教师队伍，是提高农村基础教育质量的根本任务。提高农村教师队伍的整体素质和教育质量，是农村教育能够继续发展的重要途径。本文就农村教师队伍建设存在的问题和对策作出了分析。

一、教师队伍建设的意义

教育是国之大计，党之大计。在新时代教育工作中，教师要严格贯彻党的教育政策，坚持教育报国，为党育人、为国育才，坚持教书育人的原则。近年来，教育工作把教师的师德放在教师队伍建设的首位，坚持师德为先，加强教师的师德、师风建设是提高教师队伍水平的重要手段。因此，只有有一支师德高尚、专业素质过硬的高素质教师队伍，才能使农村教育得到提高和发展。

二、农村教师队伍存在的问题

（一）从教师职业道德上看，存在部分教师责任心不强、师德意识不强等现象
