德育在小学低年级班级管理中的渗透探析

【摘  要】小学生刚进入学校学习，正处于学习的初级阶段，尚未形成健全的思想理念，所以小学是对学生进行德育的重要阶段。德育本身应当从小学低年级着手进行引导，以期获得较为理想的德育效果。在当前国内素质教育发展的背景下进行小学低年级的管理，教师要充分认识到小学生的认知能力与认知水平，将立德树人的教育理念导入学生的学习与成长中，并将德育导入班级管理中，提升引导和教育学生的效果。

A Probe into the Permeation of Moral Education in Class Management of Lower Grades in Primary Schools

【Abstract】Primary school students have just entered school and are in the initial stage of learning， and have not yet formed a sound ideology. Therefore， primary school is an important stage of moral education for students. Moral education itself should be guided from the lower grades of primary school in order to obtain a more ideal moral education effect. In the context of the current development of quality education in China， to manage the lower grades of primary schools， teachers must fully understand the cognitive abilities and cognitive levels of primary school students， introduce the educational philosophy of morality and cultivating people into the learning and growth of students， and integrate moral education introduce into class management to improve the effect of guiding and educating students.

對小学低年级学生进行班级管理，并不仅是对学生进行管理和约束，还要突出班级管理对小学生的育人作用。在班级管理中，教师应当根据当前时代的发展，满足小学生成长中的德育诉求，充分发挥出教育管理的引导作用，将立德树人的教育理念导入管理实践中，提升教学管理的效果，为小学生的成长创建更高效和完善的环境。

一、教师自身应当以身作则，在班级管理中潜移默化地引导学生成长

在学生成长过程中，教师并不只是负责学生的学习和管理，还要成为学生成长的榜样。教师是学生在学习过程中的引导者，在课堂上的语言和行为会在潜移默化中给学生留下深刻的印象。因此，教师在教学和管理的过程中，要为学生树立良好的榜样，帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯，树立正确的价值观念。在小学生的心中，教师有着非常高大的形象，学生正确价值观的形成都是基于教师的引导和培育，教师的言行举止将直接影响到学生的思维塑造。……
