小学社团的评价策略研究

【摘    要】小学社团建设是近年来比较流行的一种兴趣爱好组织形式，它的有效创设对小学生的全面发展有着非常重要的意义。学校社团活动要符合教育发展的规律，因地制宜地创立。开展社团活动相对来说比较简单，可是要科学合理地评价社团是值得研究的一个问题。学校只有对社团内容和社团取得的成绩、社团建设过程中存在的问题等做出科学合理的评价，才能不断推进学校社团活动的发展。本文针对小学社团建设过程中的社团评价展开研究。

【Abstract】The construction of primary school clubs is a popular form of hobby organization in recent years， and its effective establishment has a very important significance for the all-round development of primary school students. School club activities must conform to the laws of educational development and be established in accordance with local conditions. It is relatively simple to carry out club activities， but it is a problem worth studying to evaluate clubs scientifically and reasonably. Only by making a scientific and reasonable evaluation of the content of the club， the achievements of the club， and the problems in the process of club building， can we continue to promote the development of school club activities. This article conducts research on the evaluation of associations in the construction of primary school associations.

随着教育的不断发展，教育的目的和教育的形式也不断地紧跟发展的潮流。培养全面发展的人才成为当今社会和教育的迫切需求。特别是近年来核心素养的提出，说明教育不仅要培养学生掌握知识技能，更主要的是要为学生的全面发展、终身发展考虑，培育适合当今社会发展的合格人才。教师在小学阶段培育学生的人格素养、兴趣爱好、良好的行為习惯是至关重要的。课堂上的教学不能够满足学生的培育要求，因此一个有共同爱好、共同发展、共同讨论的团队应运而生，这种团队被称为社团。

社团活动中，教师对每一个成员的评价都是学生发展的动力，这些评价能够正确地指出社团活动中成员存在的问题和值得表扬的地方，有利于激发学生参与活动的积极性。
