提高教学质量，不忘控辍保学

【摘    要】教师的工作中，教书固然重要，但是育人也不能忽视。我们不能为了提高教学成绩，单纯地去关注优秀学生，而让学困生过早辍学。为了实现全民教育，保障义务教育期间，控辍保学工作中零辍学的实现，如何让那些辍学后又重新“回炉”的学生，留在课堂，安心上课，就成了目前一线教师潜心思考的问题。

Improve the Quality of Teaching and Never Forget to Control Dropouts

【Abstract】In the work of teachers， teaching is certainly important， but educating people cannot be ignored. We cannot simply pay attention to outstanding students in order to improve teaching performance， and let students with learning difficulties drop out of school prematurely. In order to achieve universal education and ensure that during the compulsory education period， the realization of zero dropout in the work of controlling dropouts， how to make those students who “return to the stove” after dropping out to stay in the classroom and take classes with peace of mind has become the current front-line teachers thinking problem.

一、“问题学生”学习现状

为了落实《国务院办公厅关于进一步加强义务教育控辍保学提高义务教育巩固水平的通知》，完善控辍保学工作机制，防止适龄少年儿童失学辍学。全国上下，一起行动。因此，为了达到“义务教育零辍学”要求，我县在寒假期间，发动全体教师，开展“千人大走访”活动，全体教师一起行动，翻山越岭，跋山涉水，去动员由于种种原因而辍学在家的学生，通过克服重重阻力，终于在开学的第一天，基本达到了“零辍学”的要求。但是，这种结果喜忧参半，可喜的是，在我们这样的贫困县，能做到义务教育零辍学，实属不易;令人忧虑的是，动员来的那些学生，都是原来在学校里由于各种原因而无法继续完成学业的“问题学生”。这些“问题学生”突然一下子涌入校园，渗透到各个班级，打破了正常的教学秩序。这些学生到了班上以后，上课不认真听讲，不遵守课堂纪律，只要有教师批评，他们就会拿出“我不念了”这个“尚方宝剑”来对付你，他们就像抓住了教师的软肋，简直就到了肆无忌惮的地步。……
