基于易班优课平台高校学风建设的探究

摘要：新媒体时代下，面对高校学风建设中存在的问题，从易班的发展探讨了通过易班优课平台开展学风建设的必要性，并从黄山学院易班优课平台的搭建和易班优课自身的特点探究了通过易班优课平台开展学风建设的可行性。在此基础上，以黄山学院为例，针对学风建设中存在的问题，提出促进高校学风建设的途径，从而论证了易班优课对于高校学风建设的重要性。

Abstract：In the face of the problems in the construction of learning style in College in the era of new media ， this paper discusses the necessity of the construction of learning style through the development of Your Oline Open Courses，and probes into the feasibility of the construction of learning style in Huangshan University through the construction of the platform and its own characteristics. On this basis， taking Huangshan University as an example， aiming at the problems existing in the construction of learning style， this paper puts forward the ways to promote the construction of learning style in Colleges so as to demonstrate the importance of Your Oline Open Courses for the construction of learning style in college.

当代高校的大学生主力军为“95后”、“00后”，他们是伴随着互联网成长起来的，网络深深地影响着他们的学习、生活以及思维方式。因此充分利用这些特点促进高校学风的建设已经成为高校建设的重点。而易班作为顺应时代潮流的产物，是集教育教学、文化娱乐、生活服务为一体的综合性互动社区[1]。充分利用该平台能够极大限度的发挥学生的学习、生活以及思维方式的优势，从而为高校学风的建设提供新思路。

一、高校学风建设存在的问题

（一）纪律观念不强

1985年邓小平在讲话中提出学校教育要造就有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的四有新人[2]，将纪律上升到了培养时代新人的政治高度。然而随着信息技术的发展以及社会民主化程度的提高，很多大学生曲解“自由”，提倡所谓的“利己自由观”，即盲目追求不受纪律、规章制度约束的自由，无视学校的各种规章制度，对学校的各项纪律处分抱有侥幸心理甚至存在逆反心理[3]，纪律观念不强。……
