[摘    要]随着社会经济的不断发展，人民生活水平的提高，使建筑行业越来越受到人们的重视，智能建筑逐渐成为行业中的重点发展内容。在智能建筑中应用电气自动化技术已然成为最为重要的手段之一。文章从智能建筑的概念开始分析，对电气自动化智能建筑设备安装和质量控制要点重点研究，从而提升智能建筑设备的运行效率，为我国今后智能建筑的发展提供参考和帮助。

[Abstract]With the continuous development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standards， people pay more and more attention to the construction industry， and intelligent building has gradually become the key development content of the industry. In order to improve the service quality and technical content of intelligent building， the application of electrical automation technology in intelligent building has become one of the most important means. This paper analyzes the concept and advantages of intelligent building， understands the key points of electrical automation intelligent building equipment installation and quality control， analyzes how to improve the technology and quality of electrical automation intelligent building installation， so as to improve the operation efficiency of intelligent building equipment， and provides reference and help for the future development of intelligent building in China.

1 智能建筑的概念及優势

1.1 智能建筑的概念

智能建筑就是将信息技术和建筑施工技术进行有效结合，通过物理链路和计算机主机系统来实现资源共享。目前我国智能建筑得到了一定的普及，成为了现代化技术体系不可缺少的一部分。对于智能建筑来说，对电气自动化技术有着非常高的要求，通信系统的完整和顺畅可保障智能建筑的稳定性和建筑中住户的安全。

1.2 智能建筑的优势
