重大突发公共卫生事件形势下在线课堂教学管理研究

摘  要：重大突发公共卫生事件给高校思政课课堂教学管理带来很大的冲击，组织教师开展高校思政课在线课堂教学势在必行，然而目前还存在高校思政课教师队伍信息技术应用能力偏低、网络保障机制不健全、在线课堂教学质量监控机制缺失等问题，文章立足高校思政课的现实情况分析原因并尝试提出解决问题的方法，切实保障重大突发公共卫生事件形势下在线课堂教学质量不掉线。

Abstract： Major public health emergencies have a great impact on the classroom teaching management of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities. Therefore， it is imperative to organize teachers to carry out online classroom teaching of such ideological and political courses. However， there are still some problems such as teachers' low ability of information technology application， imperfect network safeguard mechanism and lack of monitoring mechanism of online classroom teaching quality. Based on the actual situation of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities， this paper analyzes its causes and tries to put forward solutions to the problems so as to maintain the quality of online classroom teaching in major public health emergencies.

2020年初，突发的新冠肺炎疫情作为重大突发公共卫生事件深刻影响到了社会生活的方方面面。为了防控疫情蔓延，國家慎重采取了学生不能返校上课的决定，但教学任务仍需落实完成，为此提出了“停课不停学”的要求。各高校迅速做出应急措施，利用现代互联网技术，普遍采取线上直播或录播授课，确保学生能够停课不停学。这种形式改变了传统的课堂教学模式，是有史以来第一次全国大规模使用线上教学。因此，不可避免存在一些前所未有的问题，本文基于某高校思政课线上教学管理现状进行了分析，并对存在的问题提出应对之策。

一、高校思政课在线教学管理的现状分析

思政课作为一门涵养思想的课程，集政治性、理论性、思想性、价值性于一体，承担着特殊的育人使命，习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上强调：“思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程”。……
