江苏体育强省建设背景下南京体育学院大学生培养成效、问题及路径

摘  要：南京体育学院是江苏竞技体育大本营、体育人才培养基地;采用文献资料、实地考察等研究方法对南京体育学院大学生培养进行研究。主要结论：在江苏体育强省建设背景下南京体育学院开展“二次创业”，引进了一批博士师资、大学生基本素养和职业素养也得到了增强，大学生在科研与竞赛、四六级通过率、体育行业国家职业资格证书取得率等方面有较大提升;大学生培养取得了显著成效。但面对江苏体育强省建设提供的巨大体育发展前景，南京体育学院大学生培养还存在师资力量不足、校区资源不均、大学生毕业论文质量不高、大学生毕业后职业身份认同及奥林匹克学院办学等问题。建议：支持教师攻读博士学位、博士后;打造名师提升大学生培养质量;加强大学生思想引领;扩大学生对外、境外交流机会;设置校内选修课程，促进学生全面发展;鼓励支持奥林匹克学院独立办学。

Abstract： Nanjing Institute of Physical Education is the base camp of Jiangsu competitive sports and the training base of sports talents. By means of literature review and field investigation， this paper studies the cultivation of college students in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education. Main conclusions： Under the background of building a strong sports province in Jiangsu Province， Nanjing Institute of Physical Education launched the "Second Pioneering"， introduced a number of doctoral teachers， and enhanced the basic and professional qualities of college students. College students have greatly improved in scientific research and competition， the passing rate of CET-4 and CET-6， and the acquisition rate of national vocational qualification certificates in sports industry. Significant achievements have been made in the cultivation of college students. However， facing the great prospect of sports development provided by the construction of a strong sports province in Jiangsu Province， there are still some problems existing in Nanjing Institute of Physical Education， such as insufficient teachers， uneven campus resources， poor quality of graduation thesis， professional identity of college students after graduation， and running Olympia College. Suggestions： Support teachers to study for doctoral degrees and postdocs; Create famous teachers to improve the quality of college students' training; Strengthen the ideological guidance of college students; Expand students' foreign and overseas exchange opportunities; Setting up elective courses on campus to promote students' all-round development; Encourage and support the independent running of the Olympic Academy.

一、问题的提出

在省委省政府的正确领导下，“十二五”期间江苏体育事业取得了诸多成绩;包括成功举办第二届青奥会和亚洲青年运动会，11个省辖市建成体育强市，56个县区获得体育强县称号，人均公共体育场地面积达 2.01平方米，经常参加体育锻炼的人数比例达35%，竞技体育综合实力稳居全国前列[1];江苏体育事业已经走在全国前列，走向世界舞台;江苏体育强省建设已初见成效。……
