以行业需求及创新能力培养为导向的研究生实践教学构建与探索

摘  要：从当前市场需求来看，对硕士研究生人才的要求已从知识型转向能力型，急需能够利用所学知识解决实际生产问题的高素质、创新型人才。地质资源与地质工程专业是应用型交叉学科，培养适应产业发展的应用型人才是该学科的首要目标。为此，我校以行业需求与创新能力为导向，以创新意识和实践能力培养为重点，对我校地质资源与地质工程专业研究生实践培养体系进行了改革与探索，构建了“科技创新实践平台、社会实践活动平台、专业实习平台”三位一体的创新实践平台体系。文章以行业需求为导向，从优化研究生培养方案、改革课堂教学模式、强化实践教学环节、开展开放式课题研究、构建校企合作平台等方面入手，加强学生的实践能力与创新意识，切实提高研究生综合素质，为应用型创新人才的培养提供了支撑。

Abstract： Judging from the current market demand， the requirements for graduate talents have shifted from knowledge-based to ability-based， and high-quality， innovative talents who can use the knowledge they have learned to solve practical production problems are needed. The major of geological resources and geological engineering is an application-based interdisciplinary subject， and the primary goal of this subject is to train application-oriented talents who are suitable for industrial development. With the guidance of professional needs and innovation ability， focusing on the cultivation of practical ability， our school has conducted research and exploration on the practice training system of graduate students of geological resources and geological engineering in our school， and constructed a technology innovation practice platform， social practice activity platform， trinity student practice platform system of professional internship platform. This paper focuses on the needs of the industry， starting from aspects such as optimizing graduate training programs， improving classroom teaching models， strengthening practical teaching links， carrying out open-ended research projects， and building a school-enterprise cooperation platform. The comprehensive quality， and highlighting the specialty and importance of the profession， provide support for the cultivation of applied innovative talents.

近年来，我国硕士研究生教育得到了长足的发展，从数量上讲，招生规模总体呈扩大趋势，到2020年招生数量突破百大关，40年间，招生数量增长了100倍。但同时也出现了高校研究生就业困难、实践能力不足的问题，其中高校的人才培养与产业需求的不一致是导致人才供需结构性矛盾的主要原因之一，造成人才的相对过剩和就业困难[1-8]。长期以来，我国的研究生培养以学术型人才为主，专业型硕士只占少数。……
