习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想话语体系视域下思想政治教育方法的改革与创新

摘  要：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想话语体系是在党和人民的生活实践中形成的、具有中国特色的、为中国的发展进步服务的话语体系。文章在总结习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想话语体系特征基础上，从感染力、普适性、故事性三个方面提出了习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想话语体系对思想政治教育方法改革与创新的重要启示。

Abstract： Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thought and discourse system with Chinese characteristics is the one with Chinese characteristics that serves China's development and progress. While summarizing the three characteristics of the people， story and localization of Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thought and discourse， this paper discusses and studies how to integrate Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thought discourse into the process of ideological and political education in the innovation of ideological and political education methods. Finally， this paper puts forward some enlightenments to the reform and innovation of ideological and political education methods in Xi Jinping's new era of socialist thought and discourse from the aspects of appeal， universality and story.

十九大以后，习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想正式确立为党的指导思想并写入党章。在新时代下，不仅要将习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的深刻内涵融入思想政治理论课的教学内容之中，更要从习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的话语体系的特点中找出其独特、精华之处，深刻把握习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想话语的表达形式、表达内容、传播途径、传播效果，这对思想政治教育方法的改革与创新有极大的指导意义。

一、话语体系概述

话语体系是指“思想理论体系和知识体系的外在表达形式”①，话语体系包含两个方面的内容：一是思想理论体系，思想理论体系主要指的是在长期的社会实践中形成的，人们普遍认同的思想理论观点所组成，进而形成的具有系统性、理论性、稳定性的理论体系，思想理论体系……
