新工科背景下地方工科高校教学模式改革探索

摘  要：当前，新工科建设正在如火如荼推进，湖北工业大学作为一所地方多科性高校，主动融入湖北“一芯两带三区”发展战略，根据办学定位和人才培养目标，坚持立德树人作为根本任务，坚持本科教学工作的中心地位，坚持“育学结合”的理念，研究工程素养的内涵，开展基于理实研一体的科教融合性项目导向式教学模式改革，力争培养具有国际视野、创新精神、人文情怀和实践能力强的高素质应用型人才。

Abstract： At present， the new engineering construction is in full swing， Hubei University of Technology as a local comprehensive universities， positively integrates "one core and two with three areas" development strategy of Hubei province.According to the school-running orientation and the talent training goal， we insist on strengthening moral education and cultivate peopleas a fundamental task， undergraduate course teaching as the center， and the concept of "combining education"， the connotation of the literacy research project. We carry out the real research based on the principle of integrated science and education integration project guiding type teaching mode reform， strive to develop with international vision， the spirit of innovation， humanity and practice ability of the applied talents with high quality.

一、工程素養的内涵

工程素养是指从事工程实践的能力，是面向工程实践活动时所具有的潜能和适应性能力，它包括应用专业知识的能力、解决问题的能力、与人合作的能力、吃苦耐劳的精神、控制和改进生产的能力、使用和操作设备的能力、严肃认真的工作作风等。作者总结杨叔子院士四篇《创新之根在实践》的论文，查阅大量文献资料，总结多年的高校教学与管理经验，认为工程素养是一个抽象却又具体的综合体，包括知识、能力、素质三个层面，构建出相应的指标体系。明确工程素养分为工程知识、工程能力与工程素质3个一级指标及数学及自然科学、专业知识、工程设计、工程管理、沟通协作、人文素质、工程意识（含工程与环境、工程与发展、工程与社会）、工程精神、创新精神等9个二级指标。
