2000—2020年我国甜樱桃果实品质研究文献分析

摘 要：为了解我国有关甜樱桃果实品质的研究状况，采用文献计量学等统计方法，对2000—2020年全国有关樱桃过果实质研究文献进行了统计分析。结果表明：16种期刊发文量方面大于4篇，共计125篇，占文献总量的52.97%，其中，食品工业科技载文量最高，达16篇，占文献总量的6.78%。文献发表量从2000—2019年整体呈上升趋势，在2019年最高，为38篇;40名作者的发文量大于3篇，其中发文量3～4篇的作者有26人，发文量为90篇，占搜集文献总量的38.14%。在作者隶属机构分布方面，有13个文献作者的隶属机构在2000—2020年期间发表的论文大于5篇，共计122篇，占搜集文献总量的51.69%。在基金项目及硕博士论文发文量方面，有7个基金项目大于3篇，共计36篇，占搜集文献总量的15.25%。

Abstract： In order to understand the research status of sweet cherry fruit quality in my country， statistical methods such as bibliometrics were used to statistically analyze the national research literature on sweet cherry frit qnality from 2000 to 2020.The results show that： 16 journals have published more than 4 articles， a total of 125 articles， accounting for 52.97% of the total literature， of which the food industry science and technology has the highest amount of articles， reaching 16 articles， accounting for 6.78% of the total literature;The overall trend from 2000 to 2019 showed an upward trend， and it was the highest in 2019， with 38 articles; 40 authors have published more than 3 articles respectively， of which 26 authors have published 3-4 articles and 90 articles have been published.Accounted for 38.14% of the total number of documents collected; the distribution of the author′s affiliated institutions， with 13 document authors′ affiliated institutions published more than 5 papers during 2000-2020， a total of 122 articles， accounting for 51.69% of the total amount of documents collected;There are 7 funded projects with more than 3 papers， a total of 36 papers， accounting for 15.25% of the total number of documents collected.

甜櫻桃（Prunus avium L.）又称大樱桃，为蔷薇科李属樱桃亚属植物，世界现有150余种[1]，是落叶果树中成熟较早的优质高档鲜食水果之一[2]，素有“百果之先”、“春果第一枝”的美誉，果肉汁多味美，富含磷、铁、钾、维生素C等多种营养物质，被誉为“果中珍品”[3-5]。关于研究甜樱桃果实品质方面的不同期刊载文分布、不同年份发文量、文献作者的隶属机构及基金项目分布等方面内容尚未见报道。为此，本研究以中国知网为数据来源，对2000—2020年发表在国内期刊上的有关甜樱桃果实品质的文献进行了分析，以期为今后有关此方面的研究提供参考。

1 数据来源与研究方法

1.1 数据来源 以中国知网为数据来源，检索2000—2020年发表在国内期刊上的有关甜樱桃果实品质分析，文献（含出版著作、论文集、学术论文、文献综述以及研究简报等），共检索出甜樱桃果实品质研究文献236篇。……
