DF100A型100 kW短波发射机调谐系统平台的实现与应用

摘  要：DF100A型100 kW短波发射机调谐系统在发射机中发挥着重要作用，它控制着频率合成器输出相对应的激励信号频率，可完成10个预置调谐频道的定点位置的设置，实现调谐元件的粗调和细调，由此可见各个调谐元器件的位置决定着发射机能否正常稳定运行，直接影响着电台的安全播音工作。为此，通过对DF100A型100 kW短波发射机调谐系统的研究，自主开发组建了一个标准的DF100A型100 kW短波发射机调谐系统教学和测试平台，文章重点介绍其构成、主要内容、特点及应用情况。

Realization and Application of Tuning System Platform for DF100A 100 kW Shortwave Transmitter

Abstract：DF100A 100 kW shortwave transmitter tuning system plays an important role in the transmitter. It controls the frequency of the excitation signal corresponding to the output of the frequency synthesizer，and can complete the setting of the fixed position of 10 preset tuning channels，so as to realize the coarse and fine tuning of the tuning elements. It can be seen that the position of each tuning element determines whether the transmitter can operate normally and stably，and directly affects the safe broadcasting work of the radio station. Therefore，through the research on the tuning system of DF100A 100 kW shortwave transmitter，a standard teaching and testing platform for DF100A 100 kW shortwave transmitter tuning system has been developed and set up. The composition，main contents，characteristics and application of the platform are mainly introduced.

0  引  言

無线电台作为国家广播发送与维护的直属单位，发射机是其重要组成部分，其中DF100A型100 kW短波发射机属于无线局下属电台中众多电台共同拥有、使用和维护的机型。众所周知，在DF100A型100 kW短波发射机的组成部件中，调谐系统是它的重要组成部件，其工作状态的好坏直接影响着发射机能否正常运行，与电台安全播音工作息息相关。该系统控制8路调谐元器件，起到谐振、滤波、阻抗变换的作用，是发射机高效稳定运行的关键。调谐系统主要由调谐控制单元、调谐马达组件、调谐负载元器件、遥控接口板、调谐驱动板卡等组成。其作用主要有以下几点：

（1）倒频时可控制频率合成器输出相对应的激励信号频率。

（2）可完成10个预置调谐频道的定点位置的设置，完成负载的粗调。……
