摘 要:由于聚氨酯塑胶跑道在发展过程中出现异味、重金属含量超标等现象,针对聚氨酯塑胶跑道中出现异味、重金属含量超标现象进行有效解决的目的,采用配方的改良以及性能的提升的方法,并对聚氨酯塑胶跑道的扩链剂与结构性能的关系进行详细分析,通过耐候性试验以及扩链剂与结构性能的测试,得出聚氨酯在跑道中可以摆脱其毒性的劣势,并且可以应用于新国标之中,具有一定的环保性以及稳定性等特点的结论,具有一定的研究价值。

Study and Analysis of Polyurethane in Plastic Runway

Abstract:Due to the phenomenon of peculiar smell and excessive heavy metal content in the development process of polyurethane plastic track, for the purpose of effectively solving the phenomenon of peculiar smell and excessive heavy metal content in the polyurethane plastic track, the method of formula improvement and performance improvement is adopted. A detailed analysis of the relationship between the chain extender and structural properties of the polyurethane plastic runway. Through the weather resistance test and the test of the chain extender and structural properties, it is concluded that polyurethane can get rid of its toxicity disadvantage in the runway and can be applied to the new national standard. The conclusions that have certain environmental protection and stability characteristics are of certain research value.

0 引言
隨着我国的经济迅速发展,我国的官方赛道正在不断升级,甚至将传统的煤渣制成的官方赛道替换成聚氨酯塑胶跑道,因其具有弹性好、耐磨、耐老化等优势被应用于比赛场地的铺地材料,不但如此,由于聚氨酯塑胶跑道是由液态聚氨酯胶固化后聚结而成,该构成原理促使聚氨酯塑胶跑道具有与地面紧密贴合的优势,可以保证一定的粘着性且维护费用极低,将其应用于大型比赛场地有利于运动员在任何环境下进行训练发生意外时,以最大限度的方式保证自身安全,通过聚氨酯塑胶跑道的大面积使用,我国政府渐渐发现聚氨酯塑胶跑道的广泛用途,因此,聚氨酯塑胶跑道得到了人们的广泛认可,正式宣布聚氨酯塑胶跑道可以替代传统的煤渣跑道,聚氨酯塑胶跑道的不断发展甚至可以应用于世界性田径比赛的标准跑道。……
