基于中美应用技术教育的人才培养模式研究与实践

摘 要 钦州学院与金蓝无忧国际教育科技有限公司于2016年11月11日在钦州学院举行了中美应用技术教育“双百”计划——“先进制造领域专业共建”项目启动仪式，该项目将从课程体系、专业共建、师资队伍建设、教学模式、评估模式、实验实训基地建设等方面为地方本科院校转型发展提供服务。通过本项目的实施双方对自动化专业的人才培养方案、实验室硬件设备、现有课程体系、专任教师配备状况以及学校外部环境、地方经济、政策及规划等现状进行了充分调研，为本专业人才培养模式的改革与实践打下基础。

Abstract On November 11， 2016， Qinzhou College and Golden Blue Worry-free Global Advanced Technical Education Co.， LTD held the launching ceremony of "Double hundred" Plan of China-American Applied Technology Education in Qinzhou College. The project will promote the development of local undergraduate college from the aspects of faculty team construction， curriculum system construction， evaluation mode and construction of practical training base， etc. Through the implementation of this project， the double parties have fully investigated the talent training program， laboratory hardware equipment， the existing curriculum system and the status of full-time teachers， which lays a foundation for the reform and practice of the talent training mode of automation major.

0 引言

2016年，钦州学院与金蓝无忧国际教育科技有限公司、教育部学校规划建设发展中心签订了“自动化专业工业机器人应用专业共建”三方协议，举行了中美应用技术教育“双百”计划——“先进制造领域专业共建”项目启动仪式，“双百计划”[1]是学校引进国外优质资源、助力地方经济转型发展的重要举措，积极探索校企合作模式，坚持绿色发展的理念;充分利用国际优质资源、为地方产业发展和城市建设提供智力支持和人才保障，全面提升我校服务创新驱动发展战略与经济社会发展的能力和水平。

1 人才培养模式改革

我校基于OBE工程教育模式，以 “中美双百计划”为平台，开发应用型专业课程和通識职业课程，培养学生的工程素养，促进学生专业能力与专业培养目标的达成。……
