以校企联合培养为导向的实践型教学方法研究

摘 要 校企合作是实现产学研结合的有效途径。本文从冶金工程专业特点出发，从理论教育、进厂实践以及联合模式三个方面出发，阐述了校企合作对学生创新能力、教师成果转化，以及学校知名度等方面的作用及意义。并在此基础上，对校企合作模式进行了探讨，明确了校企双方在培养学生过程中，各自的权利和义务。论文对促进高校教学改革具有一定借鉴意义。

Abstract School enterprise cooperation is an effective way to realize the combination of production， study and research. Based on the characteristics of metallurgical engineering specialty， this paper expounds the role and significance of school enterprise cooperation on students' innovation ability， teachers' achievement transformation and school popularity from three aspects of theoretical education， factory practice and joint mode. On this basis， it discusses the mode of school enterprise cooperation， and clarifies the rights and obligations of both sides in the process of cultivating students. This paper has a certain reference significance to promote the teaching reform in colleges and universities.

0 引言

十五大报告提出，我们国家要在新的历史时期培养一批高质量、高素质的技能型人才服务社会，尤其是那些理论联系实际、学以致用的人。而高校作为人才的提供者，其重要任务之一就是传授学生工作技能，肩负着巨大的历史使命及责任。如何培养人才，使其毕业之后与社会快速接轨，已经成为摆在所有高校桌面上的难题。

自从高等教育成立以来，教育就与工业生产密不可分，但是与此同时，在教育与企业联合的过程中，又表现出了明显的不同特点。纵观世界，高等的应用型教育具有校企联合和工学结合的特点，[1]“双轨制”“优势分配”“TAFE”“产学合作”以及其他很多模式都已经成为校企联合的常规模式。[2-4]与此同时，随着需求的发展以及创新风险的提高，高校和企业趋向于更加紧密牢固的连接在一起。目前，精英教育是高校培养人才的一个重要方面。而作为市场经济的一个微元，企业对人才的需求不可谓不大，甚至已经把人才看作是核心竞争力。……
