一种多功能手术剪刀的设计

摘  要：目的：提供一种既具有剪刀和镊子的功能又具有手术刀功能，还能够方便更换手术刀片和镊子头的一种多功能手术剪刀。方法：包括两个剪刀单体，两个所述剪刀单体均由刀柄、指环、手术刀片和镊子头组成，其中一个所述剪刀单体上设有转动轴，另一个所述剪刀单体上设有与所述转动轴对应的第一通孔，两个所述剪刀单体交叉设置，所述转动轴穿过所述第一通孔后通过挡圈固定。结果：减少组织培养过程中，组织污染的概率，提高组织培养的成活率。结论：该设计制作简便，成本低廉，效果显著，可为医院开展基础研究提供可靠帮助。

Design of a multifunctional surgical scissors

Abstract：Objective：To provide a multifunctional surgical scissors that has both the functions of scissors and tweezers and the function of a scalpel， and can also easily replace the surgical blade and tweezers head. Method：including two scissors monomers， both of which are composed of a handle， a finger ring， a surgical blade and a forceps head， one of the scissors monomers is provided with a rotating shaft， and the other of the scissors monomers A first through-hole corresponding to the rotating shaft is provided on the two cross-shaped scissors. The rotating shaft passes through the first through-hole and is fixed by a retaining ring. Results：The probability of tissue contamination during tissue culture was reduced， and the survival rate of tissue culture was improved. Conclusion：The design is simple and easy to manufacture， with low cost and remarkable effect， which can provide reliable help for the hospital to carry out basic research.

植物組织培养时，对组织培养材料需要多次剪取，剪取长度一般为2mm。目前，植物组织培养外植体的剪取一直使用医用手术剪刀，手术剪刀需要经过消毒才能使用，使用之后需要更换另一把消毒过的剪刀，一次组织培养需要用到好几把手术剪刀剪切，完成后还需要通过好几把消毒的镊子夹取。另外，在将组织分块之前要把组织先切割下来，也需要用到消毒过的手术刀。由此可见，现有技术的组织培养过程中，需要用到很多手术剪刀和镊子，还需要用到手术刀，一是操作繁琐，二是经常换取工具也非常浪费时间。鉴于此，有必要提供一种新的组织培养用的多功能手术剪刀，以解决现有技术的不足。
