改进结构的简易自动食品粉碎机设计

摘 要：本文介绍了一种改进结构的简易自动粉碎机结构设计。针对目前市场流通的自动食品粉碎机存在粉碎刀片过大，粉碎时不够精细，导致大多粉碎不彻底，需要进行多次粉碎，增加时间成本，并且粉碎的颗粒不均匀，大小形状参差不齐，造成粉碎机效率低、耗能高的问题。通过设置了预粉碎机构，可将进入的食品进行预粉碎，在凸轮振动导向板的作用下，颗粒较大，无法通过滤网的食品会再次被弹起进行粉碎，粉碎的颗粒均匀，同时提高了粉碎效率。

Abstract：The structure design of a simple automatic crusher with improved structure is introduced.For the automatic food grinders currently circulating in the market，the crushing blade is too large and the crushing is not fine enough，resulting in incomplete crushing，requiring multiple crushing，increasing time and cost，and the crushed particles are uneven and uneven in size and shape.The problem of low efficiency and high energy consumption of the pulverizer.By setting up a precrushing mechanism，the incoming food can be precrushed.Under the action of the cam vibration guide plate，the particles are larger，and the food that cannot pass through the filter will be bounced and crushed again.The crushed particles are uniform and improve at the same time.Improve the crushing efficiency.

粉碎機是将大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至用户要求尺寸的机械自动化产品，粉碎机按照粉碎程度可分为大型粉碎机、小型粉碎机和超细微粉碎机。粉碎机的用途十分广泛，大到冶金、建材、化工、矿山、高速公路建设和水利水电等行业矿产品物料的粉碎加工，小到食品、化工、医药、绿化和环卫等行业的物料粉碎处理。食品、制药、冶金、化工等工行业利用自动粉碎机将物料或矿石，在高速剪切、锤击在强气流的驱动下得到所需的粉剂，这些粉剂是经过特殊的不锈钢筛网的过滤获得的。粉碎机一般设有吸尘设备，不会有粉末的污染，比较适合粉碎食物、化学物料、中药材等干燥的脆性物料，具有温度低、噪音小、效率高等特点。在粉碎食品过程中施加于固体的外力主要有剪切、碾压、研磨三种[13]。图1为某型号自动食品粉碎机。
