浅谈兰州市农产品物流现状及云物流运作模式

摘  要：文章根据兰州市农产品自身具有的特点分析，兰州市农产品流通过程中信息的不同步，使农产品流通成本高，流通过程中农产品损耗大，无法对农业产业化提供帮助。提出了利用智能物流，打造物流云平台，以期解决兰州市农产品物流存在的问题。并利用智能物流和云计算的技术助力兰州市农产品物流的快速发展。

Abstract： According to the characteristics of agricultural products in Lanzhou， this paper analyzes that the information in the circulation process of agricultural products in Lanzhou is out of sync， the circulation cost of agricultural products is high， and the loss of agricultural products in the circulation process is large， so it can not provide help for agricultural industrialization. This paper puts forward intelligent logistics to solve the problems existing in agricultural product logistics in Lanzhou. The technology of intelligent logistics is used to help the rapid development of agricultural products logistics in Lanzhou.

農产品物流作为物流产业的一部分，是根据消费者需求，将农产品物体实质及相关信息从农产品生产者送到消费者手中。但因农产品可控性差、质量标准不同，生产具有周期性且物流数量大、价值低等特点，致使农产品物流成为物流业中最薄弱的环节[1]。兰州市农产品物流同样有着这样的问题，为改善农产品物流现状本文提出基于云平台技术的智能物流。

1  兰州市农产品物流SWOT分析

1.1  优势（Strengths）

兰州市地处黄河上游，气候属于温带大陆性气候，日照充足，全年无霜期为188天，夏无酷暑，冬无严寒，十分适宜特色农产品生长。兰州市农产品种类丰富，以高原夏菜、中草药、玫瑰、百合等农产品为代表，其所带来的经济价值颇高，2017年兰州市农产品增加值为61.5亿元[2]。兰州市农产品区域划分日益完善，有西果园百合、安宁白粉桃、苦水玫瑰等地理标志明显，突出绿色，无公害，有机农产品。形成了以集贸市场为载体，以运销商贩、加工企业为主体，以原产品和粗加工品为农产品流通客体的农产品流通基本格局;且兰州市交通基础设施完善。……
