交通运输系统安全风险管理及现状探究

摘 要：交通运输行业的发展对于加强全国物流速度和便利人们的出行具有重要意义，同时交通运输的发展对于经济水平的提升也具有重要的意义，在这样的背景下，我国政府高度重视公共交通基础设施建设。近年来，我国公共交通运输水平不断提升，然而伴随着公共交通的繁荣，我国公共交通运输过程中的安全事故也不断频发，如何优化我国交通运输系统，提升我国交通运输安全水平成为了当前的一大关键问题。本文主要阐述了公共交通运输系统安全风险管理的相关概念，分析了当前我国交通运输安全风险管理中存在的问题，并对此提出针对性的措施，提升我国交通运输系统安全风险管理水平。

Abstract：The development of the transportation industry is of great significance for strengthening the national logistics speed and facilitating people's travel. At the same time， the development of transportation is also of great significance for the improvement of the economic level. In this context， the Chinese government attaches great importance to the foundation of public transportation. In recent years， the level of public transportation has been continuously improved. However， with the prosperity of public transportation， safety accidents in the process of public transportation have also continued to occur frequently. How to optimize the transportation system and improve the level of transportation safety has become the key issue. This article mainly expounds the related concepts of public transportation system safety risk management， analyzes the current problems in the transportation safety risk management， and proposes targeted measures to improve the safety risk management level of the transportation system.

由于交通运输对于国家经济建设具有重要促进作用，改革开放以来，我国政府一直以来都非常重视对公共交通领域的建设和投入，在这样的背景下，我国建立了完善的铁路、道路、飞机以及船舶运输体系，而如今为了促进经济的进一步发展，一二线城市正在建设和完善地铁及城际交通运输方式。尽管我国在公共交通的建设领域取得了重大成就，对我国经济快速发展做出了重大贡献，但交通运输过程中安全问题频发也意味着我国在交通运输安全风险管理方面还存在一定的问题亟待解决。
