恶性肿瘤“五养”康复理念在肺癌围手术期的应用

摘要 林洪生教授从事中西医结合防治恶性肿瘤工作近50年，在全面继承与完善余桂清等老一辈专家“扶正培本”学术思想的基础上，经过多年的临床与基础研究，进一步凝练创新，形成了“固本清源”学术思想，并将恶性肿瘤的防治方法总结浓缩为“五治五养”。其中“五养”指心理调养，饮食调养，功能调养，运动调养和膏方调养。文章介绍了林教授“五养”康复的具体内容，并以肺癌围手术期康复为例，探析“五养”康复的具体运用，为林教授学术思想的传承与推广提供参考。

“WuYang” Cancer-rehabilitation Theory and Its Application on Lung-Cancer Preperation

Abstract Professor LIN Hongsheng has been engaged in the prevention and treatment of cancer with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for nearly 50 years.With years of clinical and basic studies on comprehensively inheriting and perfecting the ‘Fuzheng Peiben′ theory of the pre-genenation medical experts like YU Guiqing，after further condensation and innovation，Professor LIN theorized ‘Guben Qingyuan and summarized the ways of cancer prevention and treatment as ‘Wuzhi Wuyang.‘Wuyang refers to psychological rehabilitation，diet rehabilitation，functional rehabilitation，sports rehabilitation and condensed-extract rehabilitation.This paper introduces the specific content of ‘Wuyang rehabilitation，and analyzes professor LIN′s ‘WuYang theory in cancer rehabilitation with the example of perioperative rehabilitation in lung cancer，to provide reference for the inheritance and promotion of Professor LIN′ s academic thoughts.

随着医学技术的发展，临床已逐步从以疾病为中心转向为以患者的功能和生命质量为中心，在恶性肿瘤方面亦如是。手术、放疗、化疗、靶向、生物免疫等多治疗方式的联合应用，使得患者的生存期进一步延长，但也因此，使得肿瘤患者的生命质量问题愈发凸显[1-2]。在抗肿瘤治疗后，往往存在着一些切实困扰患者并亟待解决的问题，这降低了肿瘤患者的生命质量，减少了他们的生存欲望，打击了他们进行后续治疗的积极性。因此，提高肿瘤患者的生命质量，成为了恶性肿瘤治疗的一个新目标，恶性肿瘤康复成为了新的研究热点。

在近50年行医生涯中，林洪生教授不仅重视恶性肿瘤的治疗，更一直关注恶性肿瘤的康复，并总结提出恶性肿瘤的“五养”康复。……
