浅析赣南地区民间验方治疗病证分类及其用药特色

【摘 要】 目的：為加强对赣南地区民间中药验方的保护与开发，针对赣南医学院全校师生开展中药验方收集工作并进行整理与研究。方法：排除不符合标准来源的验方，纳入有明确病证归属的验方，按照病证归属分类并统计分析。结果：此次活动共搜集到3294个民间验方，筛选出符合条件的验方为1790个。按病证分类排名前五的验方为治疗脾胃系病证、中医五官及杂证、肺系病证、肝胆系病证和心系病证。其中排名前五的高频药物有甘草、姜、茯苓、赤白芍、当归。结论：通过统计分析得出赣南地区民间验方用药特色多与个人体质和气候环境密切相关，为开展赣南地区医药工作提供有价值的借鉴。

A Brief Analysis of the Classification and Characteristics of Folk Prescription in the Treatment of Disease in Gannan Region

Abstract：Objective In order to strengthen the protection and development of folk traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in Gannan region， the collection and research of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were carried out for all teachers and students of Gannan Medical University. Method Exclude the non-conformant prescription， include the prescriptions with clear classification and statistical analysis. Results A total of 3，294 non-government prescriptions were collected， and 1，790 were screened out to meet the requirements. The top five prescriptions according to disease syndromes are the treatment of spleen and stomach syndromes， facial features and miscellaneous syndromes， pulmonary syndromes， hepatobiliary syndromes and cardiac syndromes. The top five high-frequency drugs are licorice， ginger， poria cocos， radix paeoniae rubra and angelica. Conclusion Through statistical analysis， it is concluded that the characteristics of folk prescription in Gannan region are closely related to individual physical condition and climatic environment， which provides valuable reference for the medical work in Gannan region.

赣州，又称赣南，位于我国华东江西省南部，地处赣粤闽湘四省交界处。赣南地区属于亚热带季风气候，四季分明，雨量充沛，区域内动植物物种丰富。地形多变，以山地、丘陵、盆地为主。近代，赣南地区作为著名的革命根据地，诞生了本地特有的红医文化[1]。在革命的特殊时期，因四面环山的地理形势造成交通不便和资源匮乏，本地居民只能通过山上摘取的各种中草药治愈疾病，由此以来形成了赣南地区特有的民间中药验方。

民间验方，又称为偏方、土方或单方，是指药味不多而对某些疾病具有独特疗效的中草药组方，具有简、便、廉、验的特征[2]。……
